Buy In Bulk Housecleaning

I hope readers here are noticing a pattern. I bought an AmazonLocal deal and tried for MONTHS to get in touch with them. Unlike other reviewers, I never even heard back. Had to go get a refund. What a pain!

I’d like to give this company zero stars. I purchased a deal with them via LivingSocial after viewing reviews that were pretty good. I got worried because right after I bought it, their reviews started plummeting. I finally called them to schedule and their voicemail doesn’t have their company name. I left a voicemail and received no response. I called several more times, no response. I contacted LIvingSocial who told me the company would definitely respond to email. I emailed them back and forth and just never felt good about it. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt because I know these types of deals can overwhelm a small company. Their emails are unprofessional and you have to drag information out of them. I contacted them again today after dealing with some personal stuff which had caused a 1 month delay in getting back to them. This is their response «I just don’t have anything right now. I had you ready for the deep clean and some dates picked out and never heard back. You will have to get back to us in July. We aren’t scheduling coupons right now. We are overbooked with them.» Do NOT trust this company. I have requested a LivingSocial refund. Pray for me that I get it as I was a sucker and purchased the 10 — 2 hour session deal.

I bought a Living Social deal for this company back in November. Since FEBRUARY, I’ve been trying to contact them via phone, email, and facebook (which conveniently doesn’t exist anymore), and I’ve not heard back from them even ONCE. I tried to have Living Social refudn my deal, but they state that the company is still in business. So if they’re in business, why won’t they return my phone calls? Worse customer service ever, and I’ve never even spoken with them!

Terrible terrible terrible service. From scheduling the appointment to the cleaning itself. They tried to bait and switch the entire time and the cleaning was awful. DON’T USE THEM!

I don’t even want to give this company One Star. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I bought this as an Amazon Local deal. I tried for several months to schedule the house cleaning. Once they finally responded they tried to upsell. I refused the upsell and tried to schedule the appointment. I tried to schedule the appointment for several weeks calling and emailing multiple times a week. I started looking for reviews (should had done this first) and rad all the same reviews. I just called Amazon Local and received a refund from them. DO NOT BUY!

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars!
BUYER BEWARE: Don’t use this company to clean YOUR house. Buy-​In-​Bulk-​House-​Cleaning doesn’t answer their phones and barely answer your e-​mails. And when they schedule your appointment, via e-​mail and don’t show up, their answer is they «didn’t have you on file» and now they are only doing «deep» cleanings before Christmas. Such horrible cusotmer service should be celebrated with BBB rating of F, as in FAIL!

Don’t bother with this company. I bought a GroupOn that stated I had to live within 40 miles of a certain zip code. I live 38 miles away. I called to schedule an appointment and had to leave a message. They took a week to call me back. When they did, I was told I lived too far away. I reminded them of the mileage rule and was told that it was a mistake and I should call GroupOn for a refund. Bad customer service and apparently only interested in being on GroupOn. Lots of other people writing reviews with similar issues after buying a GroupOn for them and all of them state that for some reason or another they can’t use it. Hmm…

Stay away!!! Not worth the money or time you spend trying to get them to your apartment or house.
