Wow. Bought a 18in portable dishwasher from them 10 months ago and have really like it. It abruptly stopped a couple of weeks back so when I called they suggested that we bring it to the Franklin location and they would transfer it to the Carthage location to service it… Long story short, when we got it back we weren’t sure it was ours! It had dents and scrapes all over it and when we got it home and tried to get it into place the casters didn’t seem to be right. When we laid it on its back to see what was up, we discovered the casters on one side were bent and a piece on the bottom had been broken off! It had obviously not been secured properly and had rolled and fallen over. We called to complain and not even so much as an apology from them and certainly no attempt to make things right. In fact, they tried to make it seem that I had broken the dishwasher. I always judge a company in how they treat you when something goes wrong and DT McCall has failed miserably. NEVER AGAIN. Never even returned our last phone call. I now have to struggle with this thing and shim it so that it is level.
