Meet the Business Owner
Margie T.
Business Owner
I’m Margie Thessin, Franklin on Foot’s owner. I founded Franklin on Foot in 2003 after years of leading walking tours for elementary school field trips. I love history and know how to make it interesting – entertaining even. I lead tours of any size – from 1 person to 100. I have a background as a lawyer but gave that all that up for my career walking Franklin’s streets.
Check out my books: Ghosts of Franklin, Tennessee’s Most Haunted Town and Lizzie’s War.
