Franklin Plumbing & Heating

We used Franklin Plumbing and Heating for the first time when our water wasn’t working. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone (frozen pipes) and recommend a quick fix we could try on our own. When that didn’t work they came right over and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. We will definitely be calling them in the future.

I’m a first time customer and these guys did a great job for me this morning. It wasn’t a monumental job just a kitchen faucet install but they did everything that counts in my book. Said they be at my house for 11am, they were 5 min early. They were nice, courteous and clean. Before coming in my house they put the booties on, not that their shoe’s were dirty or I requested it, must just be standard practice. Did the job in the time they said it would, took all the trash away, cleaned the counter, cleaned everything underneath the sink and put all my stuff back under the sink exactly where it was. It was as if no one was ever there except now I have a new faucet and they guarantee their work for a year. Also I didn’t know of this company until the other day when I was at Ferguson to get a basin wrench to do the swap myself. There’s a story to that but I got to talking to the employee of this company because he was sitting on the stool next to me at the counter listening to my story. I asked if he’d be interesting in doing to the job. He said sure and gave me a fair number to do it. He then said to call him when my faucet came in and we’d set a time. I called him yesterday and he came out today. Smart dude, he just earned a new customer and a nice review for all to see.
