Haven: Sanctuary of Style

Haven is my absolute favorite. The store is quirky with tons of personality. They know how to make me look cool without trying too hard. Lots of boutique brands and one-​of-​a-​kinds. Drop by, say hello and don’t forget to venture upstairs. Killer shoes abound!

I figured that since no one has reviewed Haven in over a year, and I was in there just yesterday, I’d review!
I really adore this boutique. The décor isn’t anything unique; a lot of places in downtown Franklin like to stick with the old/​antique, rustic, factory-​ish ambiance.
They carry a lot of the brands that are in places like Nordstrom’s in Green Hills; Alice + Olivia, Rag + Bone, Helmut Lang, etc. I can’t afford to buy anything in this store, but that doesn’t stop me from going in and drooling.
I think the customer service really depends on when you go in and what you look like when you go in; I’ve been almost completely ignored before (besides the ‘hi, welcome to haven’ when I came in) and then I’ve had conversations with the employees in the store. It really just depends, like I said.
I love that this store is more exclusive with their merchandise, it lets you know that if you buy something, you won’t see a lot of other woman walking around town wearing the same thing. When I went in a few months ago, I was astonished and AMAZINGLY pleased to find out they carried Kat Von D’s clothing line; they had a coat of hers that I about died over, but couldn’t afford to buy because it was $ 300 or $ 400, youch!
Overall, I do love this boutique and I look forward to the day when I can afford to shop in here, hah.

Haven has the most UNIQUE, beautiful pieces here in Franklin, TN. From If you’re in need of a special event dress or jewelry this is the place to go. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend Haven for your next special event shopping!

As Sharon said, Haven is definitely a hip boutique for the country style woman. The store is definitely cool, and easy to navigate, with plenty of open area, but without feeling like the store is empty, or low on selection.
Of the non-​clothing items that I liked, they carry Lollia candles and lotion, that smelled great. We were sure to take advantage of the tester tubes that they offered.

Haven is a hip women’s clothing boutique in downtown Franklin. The mastermind of the shop is Claudia Fowler, who was a well known stylist for the country music industry. She brings her knowledge of dressing for an occasion to her store in Franklin. The mix of styles in the store is very eclectic but pretty cool. The store is really new just about a year I think, so it will be cool to see how this store grows over time.
Some of Haven’s top brands that are in the store right now are Jill Stuart, and Robins Jeans. So if you fancy this type of stuff, head to Haven.
