Holiday Inn Express & Suites Franklin

Right off 65, this place is a gem: spotless and quiet with well maintained facilities. The owners were so nice and even provide fresh baked cookies in the lobby. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were tasteful, clean and modern. Left before breakfast but I will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Ashley at the front desk, made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The breakfast was great. They have pancakes! The rooms are modern and clean. The shower water pressure was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again if I’m back in this area.

Great family hotel. Very clean, well maintained, well managed. Truly friendly people. Solidly decent free breakfast.
You can tell the owner franchisee takes pride in their property, cares about their customers, and hires really good, friendly people.
We must have been thanked for staying there a dozen times.

I book travel arrangements for a company near this hotel. So, while I have not stayed there myself, I have a lot of interaction with the hotel staff. They are always so nice, helpful and polite! On several occasions, the general manager, Santosh helped me with reservations. We also had quite an issue with employees not bringing their final invoices back to us for payment reconciliation. Santosh patiently went through the records and got us copies of everything we needed. Santosh’s professionalism and courtesy were highly appreciated. My employees have stated the hotel is clean and comfy, plus reiterated that they are always very nice and helpful at the desk. One of my guys wanted to try another hotel, but checked out of that one after one day, and checked into this hotel the next day, due to the huge difference in quality, cleanliness and helpful staff! The Holiday Inn Express in Franklin wins all the way around. Good folks that truly want to be hospitable and help.

Just had a wonderful stay. Rooms are nice, front desk people are even nicer. Everything was clean, comfortable and quite, just the way I like it. The hotel is close a a few places to eat, and has easy access to 65.
They also offer a complimentary breakfast that is okay. Enjoy your stay, I’ll be back.

I normally don’t write short reviews ever but Sally deserves this one! She just checked me in at 2am in the morning and it was probably the warmest and nicest welcome in any hotel I had (at least I can’t remember a better one!) I m a platinum member and I check in holiday inns almost every day when I m working! But this was really special!

Rooms are clean and modern…

This hotel was very clean, modern and had a new feel. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. The breakfast was got, fresh and good. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel, great price. The hotel is clean, the suites are new and large and clean. The Breakfast buffet is suprisingly full of many options, hot and cold. Overall this is a great hotel and the service was fantastic as well.
