I specialize in assisting sellers, buyers and renters in finding real estate to satisfy their needs. I have extensive experience with Investors and Sellers requiring a short sale on theiir homes. I have been professionally educated on Short Sales and Foreclosures and have earned my Designation (SFR) through the National Association of Realtors.

I have also been specially trained by the National Association of Realtors as a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), one of the first to be designated in New England.

I have also owned a mortgage servicing company and worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. This experience is especially helpful to both my first time homebuyers and Investors since those mortgage programs can be complex and the extra knowledge and background can be helpful.

My realty experience started in the mortgage industry. I enjoy and thoroughly understand the mortgage finance world. Knowing this industry as well as I do has definitely assisted my clients in a smooth home buying experience.

I started my Real Estate Salesperson career in 2006. Since this time I have earned multiple designations and awarded top producer accolades.
