My time with Nelson Mazda Cool Springs and its team members was by and far one of the best car-​buying experiences I’ve had — Lisa, Cody, and Matt were all a joy to work with. I didn’t feel pressured into anything, nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The car I wanted was in Knoxville, but was transported to the area in 2 days. I felt greatly taken care of, and that everyone wanted to genuinely help me find the perfect car. If you want to relate to a car sales team and have fun during the process, then this is the only place you should consider being.

We had a GREAT experience! Ty, our sales guy, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and on top of things. Patrick, the manager, was upbeat, helpful and welcoming. Matt, the finance guy, was humorous and quick with the paperwork in a professional way. Our CX-​5 is GORGEOUS and we couldn’t be happier. There was ZERO pressure, they let us walk away and sleep on it. They were able to work with our numbers and we walked away happy campers. Definitely recommend buying from these guys!

Bought my first car in 1970. Today I bought one at Mazda. Totally best experience I’ve ever had, bar none. No pressure, no tricks, not gotcha’s, no lies, no bs… The sales guy, Chad was awesome and the sales manager Patrick was as nice as a close friend, a professional and very very helpful. No tricks, no car dealer tactics.
Wanna be treated like a friend next time you buy a car, Nelson Mazda.

I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years, and even worked at a new car dealership as a salesman when I was young. When it comes to a new car purchase, these guys do everything better than most.
If you hate feeling like a dealership is trying to rip you off and hate the idea of fighting for a fair deal, then this is the place to go. They offered a great trade-​in value for my car, and worked with me even though I was very far upside-​down (I owed more than my car was worth). The process was painless in every way.
Everyone that I dealt with there was extremely friendly and professional.
I told them what I needed in order to make the sale happen and they delivered quickly!

I went to Nelson Mazda Cool Springs to have an oil change done. This is how service should be done!
To start, the service manager was great to work with! They were able to get me in at my scheduled time, gave me an estimated wait time, and I went into the showroom to wait. They had refreshments and comfortable seating.
Unlike most new car stores, I wasn’t pressured by sales people. The service was quick and professional. They also installed my new license plate for me while my service was being done. Billing was pain free and proper!
I would definitely suggest going here. I will surely be back!

The entire experience was great. Elijah was well informed and educated me about the vehicle. Patrick worked with me to ensure the price was fair, and if there was a question or concern from me he addressed it and made sure I was satisfied. Bill in the business office was professional and thorough. No «sneaky» tactics and very easy to deal with.
I will highly recommend this dealership and Elijah to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a dealer that cares about the customer.

I went to sell my car to Nelson Mazda yesterday through AutoTrader’s Trade-​In Marketplace. The value I received online was a bit lower than the trade-​in values from KBB and NADA, so I called them to see what was up before wasting my time there. They assured me they would value it correctly if I would bring it in. After spending more than half an hour waiting, they came back with a number even worst after looking at my car, if fact, more than 10% lower. They cited a cracked grill as the key reason, which probably runs a couple hundred dollars.
A friend had mentioned I should go to CarMax, which ended up offering the average KBB value, which was $ 2,100 higher than from Nelson Mazda. I can understand being $ 500 off but $ 2,100??? So, the lesson is to make sure you do your homework before getting screwed by dealers.
