Optimize Fitness & Performance specialized in providing affordable personal training with an emphasis on body transformation, sports performance, and especially injury post-​rehabilitation.

We keep prices low by focusing on semi-​private personal training. Each client trains with their own 100% personalized program. There are up to 4 people per coaching session, which keeps the client to coach ratio very low. Semi-​private training is more effective, more affordable, and more FUN that private personal training. Better results at a literal fraction of the price of 1 on 1 personal training.

We also offer Small Group Training for Kettlebells, limited to 6 students per class.

Our #1 specialty is injury post-​rehabilitation. Many of our clients are in physical therapy, have finished physical therapy, or have long-​term injuries that they need to exercise around safely. Devin G.

Business Owner

Devin Gray graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. At Texas A&M, he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and led his outfit’s fitness program for 3 years. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the industry’s gold standard certification and first nationally accredited certification in strength & conditioning.

He holds certifications in the Functional Movement Screen and TRX suspension training. He is also a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Devin is constantly learning and applying new skills for both fitness training and nutrition coaching.

Devin chose to specialize in Injury Post-​rehabilitation after helping numerous clients become fit despite chronic back, knee, hip, and shoulder injuries. He loves helping people to change their lives through smart exercise and healthy eating.
