Service was pretty disappointing. Our server was very busy so it didn’t bother me too much.
The problem came at the end of our meal when I realized we were overcharged for our meal. When I showed the ladies at the register what the price on the menu says she just kept repeating the price on the ticket. Be aware that they will try to overcharge you and hope you don’t notice.
I wanted to like this place but I don’t want to give my money to a place that is this sneaky.

Can an actual sit-​down Mexican restaurant have worse food than Taco Hell? Yes it can and let me tell you… no yo quiero Panchos! Best thing about this place was the almost cold beer. Didn’t get anything special, nachos and enchiladas and both were inedible.

No, no, no. How does this place have so many stars? Long drive and hotel front desk lady recommended Pancho’s. My friend and I got Pancho’s nachos and enchiladas. Had a few bites. Ground beef tastes like Taco Bell’s but drier, if that is possible. The only reason this place deserves the single star is for the single pretty slice of tomato on top of my nachos. A guy across from us had his arm up his shirt, rubbing his chest and smiling at his girlfriend. Yum!
The server was nice enough but the whole place is depressing.

This is hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had. I only wish we had one in Mount Juliet. I drive out to Franklin at least once a month just to eat at Pancho’s. The fajitas are the best. You can easily share them. The staff is always friendly and fast.

We end up going here a lot because it is the closest Mexican food to our house and they have great service. The food is just as good as any other Mexican food in town. But at Pancho’s my daughters are teated like a Princess and we go back again and again.

We’ve been longtime weekly customers at Pancho’s! The Margarita Golds are simply the best anywhere! And absolutely everything on the menu is great! Get to know the waiters and they’ll treat you like a king!
