History
Established in 2009.
Richard married a local gal and opened Richard’s Kitchen next door in 2004. A 45 seat fine dining restaurant. Decided to add a different concept when space became available. Built the oven the year of the flood and got to making pizzas like the ones he had as a teen in Italy.
Meet the Business Owner
Richard G.
Business Owner
After graduating from culinary school in Philadelphia in 1989, Richard trained at The Rittenhouse Hotel in Food and Beverage management. Heading west to Aspen Colorado, he worked as a Chef at mountain restaurants and Caterer to many famous celebrities. Met his future wife there and chased her here to Franklin. Overqualified for Applebees, he opened his own place.
