Don’t know how they are still in business. The caregivers are unreliable and you’re lucky if one shows up when scheduled, but this is probably due to the lack of communication between scheduler and caregiver. My husband has been a client for about a year now and while we did get some caregivers who were great, they wouldn’t stick around. This company apparently has a very high turnover rate.
