After attending one of Robin’s seminars this past week, I had to counter the other (negative) review on this site. Although Robin’s group spends a lot of time and energy up-​selling, her program does provide real value. After hearing her speak this morning, it was obvious that she is passionate about what she does, and has experience to back her advice. In four days of feeding, rewarding, training, entertaining and encouraging 800 attendees, she and her staff delivered an excellent program that I already paid to attend again next year.
I’m a cheap skeptic, and I haven’t quite bought into her upper tier marketing packages, but most everything she offers comes with a money-​back guarantee. The one time I tried to take her up on the guarantee, her staff worked to get me happy while making it clear that they would refund all my money if that was what I wanted.
After talking with a dozen or so random attendees this week who had bought full service packages, I became confident that If you have an IT business, a willingness to follow her instructions, and enough money to afford her services, Robin’s program can improve your income. I didn’t meet a single person who was unhappy with their arrangement with TMT, and I was looking hard.
I don’t know Robin, don’t owe her money, and haven’t bought into the «full meal deal» marketing program she offers, but based on my 2+ year relationship with her company as a non-​compliant client, I don’t thing the 1 star review below is representative of what she offers.

I could go on with my long list of bad experience with the TMTK and Robin, including different stories and lies between her and her staff. In our case, Robins staff shared with us (in writing) that part of the price of a product {we were interested in} called the MSP Contracts was paid to a co-​author and payment plan/​arrangement wasn’t available for that item because they had to give that co-​author person money for each sale. The money driven Robin gives a different story, lying through her teeth and publicaly flamed and put me down she denied such and called me a lier. The end result is my staff says it best, you two are acting like children (myself for being a dissapointed and screwed customer that complained, and Robin for being a lier and her revokation of materials b.s.) Be warned!!! Our experience is paying for and using the the marketing materials for a year until Robin’s b.s. and letters saying we were being terminated as a client and no longer could legally use any material whatsoever. So in english the postcards, newsletters, and different content throughout my business in which originated from the TMTK in some way or form, and content I’ve used for over a year, and because I offended Robin by speaking up or pointing out something that could be improved in her business, Robin’s response is to say I can’t legally continue to use the materials we’ve been using. This lady is contradictive at best, while she teaches to ASK your clients and survey them and get their input and then apply those suggestions to improve your business. Robin’s interest is not in bettering her business, delivery, or service, but rather my experience has given me the opinion all Robin care’s about is how much money she can milk out of her clients.
Yes, the material can save you time being done for you and ready to use, however, it’s getting less unique with more and more competitors using the same newsletters, postcards, website (s), etc. Spend your money elsewhere, before dumping it on the TMTK.
This lady teaches, primarily, the selling of ready done marketing materials/​campaigns, such as postcards, newsletters, book (s), etc. of which you just plop your company info on and send out.
She taught that we must Track everything, every number, every figure, etc… And market heavily offline, newsletters, postcards, phone calls, etc. Most of the marketing materials (outside of an optimized website for conversion of visitors to leads) are offline, hard copy items.
The sparkle and glitter before paying Robin is almost irresistable; it just seems to good to be true. We had a terrible experience with Robin, and if you experience the same, you’ll end up not only dissapointed, let down, and screwed unable to legally continue using your same marketing materials just like me, The closest analogy I can think of is after buying and moving into a new home, a year later, the bank kicking you out and refunding you your payments/​money and saying you can’t live in your home anymore. That is a ridiculous concept at best, and that is the business practice of this lady Robin Robins!
