Our goal is to cultivate a welcoming and positive environment where every one of our clients is given the personalized attention they deserve. We LOVE Beginners! Its Safe, Its Social, Its Fun! Services include personal training, group fitness training and macro nutritional coaching! Our team of certified trainer are passionate about improving the heath of our clients, empowering them with strength and coaching clients to surpass their fitness goals. Take advantage of our 1 month unlimited group training offer! Classes include Ladies FitCamp & Boxing, Coed Safe CrossTrain and Mens Strength Camp. Personal training consults are available by appointment at no cost!

Joey and Kelly Barbera, husband and wife team are the founders of Temple Fitness. We are a tight knit fitness family. We strive for a non intimidating welcoming environment! We genuinely care about each of our members! Its Safe, Its Social, Its Fun. Our passion for health and fitness drives us to motivate and inspire our members to reach their goals and beyond. Serving the Franklin Tn community since 2009.

Business Owner

Joey and Kelly Barbera, aka Franklin’s Fitness Couple are the founders of Temple Fitness. Between the two of them they have over 25 years experience in the fitness Industry. Joey a former Division I wrestler and Kelly a former professional acrobatic dancer, they have always been passionate about fitness. Both are certified personal trainers and hold several other certifications between them from Strength and Conditon Specialist, Barre, Yoga, USA weightlifting and many more. Joey and Kelly use their gifts to coach and mentor members to reach their heath and fitness goals. Their mantra is «Honor Your Body». God only gave us one Temple and we must steward it well.
