We have 4 isolation rooms that are professionally built for the best acoustics and flow for professional recording. We have top line recording and musical gear and full catering meals are included with your session. History

Established in 2002.

The Cave Studios were built in Leipers Fork, away from the hustle of the big city and for the serene surroundings to inspire and create music. Andrew Hooker built the studio for recording of his own material and as a working professional studio since The Cave is so near the Music City of Nashville, TN. With the 4 isolation rooms, the studio is ready for a full band or for smaller or more intimate sessions. Musical gear from a variety of guitars, keyboards, and amps are there and ready and available for any session. Pro microphones, mic preamps, outboard gear, converters, and ProTools ensures your music will sound great!

Business Owner

The Cave Studios is owned and operated by professional musician and recording artist Andrew Hooker. Andrew is a graduate of the Musician’s Institute in Hollywood with a degree in Commercial Guitar Performance. He is the lead guitarist/​songwriter/​lead singer for rock band Vinyl Soup, and their latest release charted #5 on the Jam-​Band/​Relix radio charts. A well studied musician, Andrew is there to facilitate any type of musical recording from commercial to avant guarde. He is the head owner/​engineer of The Cave with a vast knowledge of recording and musical theory, you can guarantee that every session at The Cave runs and sounds fantastic!
