Mr Kelly is committed to serving the communities in which he works and resides. He currently serves as a Town Councilor for the Town of Franklin, Executive Secretary for the Franklin Rotary Club, is a member of The United Chamber of Commerce, and Franklin Downtown Partnership. He serves on the Franklin Economic Development Committee and Master plan committee as well.

Mr Kelly is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston

Real Estate Board, and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is located out of the firms Franklin, Massachusetts office.
