Meet the Business Owner
Stanley P.
Business Owner
Stanley taught himself how to play a guitar at fourteen years old. Since then, he has learned to play multiple instruments. His last gig was playing guitar and banjo in a band called the «West Yellowstone Philharmonic» which was an excellent rock/acoustic group.
Stanley built his first guitar in West Yellowstone, Montana, in 1974, with help from a book called «Classic Guitar Construction» by Irving Sloane. This first build inspired him to move from Montana to Arizona to attend and graduate from the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery — a six month technical college teaching the art of building and repairing stringed instruments. Ever since, he has been involved in building/repairing stringed instruments and recently set up shop in Franktown, Colorado.
He is a member in good standing of the Association of Stringed Instrument Artisians (ASIA).
Stanley is a Taylor Guitar Factory Certified Service Technician.
