The staff in the store are great and useful, but their service and communication are not. They will «fix» the problem even when they know it won’t work. You call to figure out a better plan but they don’t return your phone call.

Don’t waist your money, go to «Browning» on rt40. They may cost more but you get what you pay for and they are honest.
We went in with a water sample 2 weeks ago because our pool was green $ 500 later the pool is still green

Terrible customer service! Over priced and up sells people for things they don’t need. I sent my girlfriend in for chemicals and the owner up sold her for filter cleaner, ended up spending double the amount on it. So I went to return it and the man was so rude as if I was a bother. He refused to take the chemical back… which all it is is a degreasing solution and told me he can’t take it back and told me some cop out excuse about people can tamper with seals on Tylenol so he can’t take it back? Are you calling me a criminal as if I were to rip him off and do harm on others? I am not eating the chemicals nor is anyone else. I would have been happy to just have store credit but his attitude was more like tough luck. so I said to him I’m not doing business with him anymore. The man yells «good we don’t need your business, it’s better without you». Who yells at their customers? As well as my card was used thier with no signed back so they also don’t practice identity theft procedures. do not go to this place, you’ll spend a lot more money and he tries to sell things you don’t need. I also put a bad review on there facebook page, instead of the business trying to fix my issue he just mentions if my last name is real under handingly insulting me without any reference to my problem.

Avoid this company. Each time they tell us they have the «fix» for our pool, we pay a LOT of money and then they say «oh well, you’re also going to need…» like we should have already known even though they said about our 20 year old pool «for under a $ 1000 you can have a nice pool for another 20 years». The worst part is that they’ve been rude and disrespectful to my 70 year old mother, finally telling her «I don’t think we’re the pool company for you. We’ll send you our bill». Why aren’t they the pool company for us? Because we actually want to SWIM in our pool? We haven’t been in once and it’s mid July. Additionally, the verbal agreement made on the phone was «we’ll pay part of the money now and the rest when the pool is ready to swim in» –to which they agreed, so I’m not sure why they’re sending a bill. The pool still looks like a swamp. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend another company because we still haven’t found one.
