I used the services of a podiatrist here over a year ago for plantars warts on my feet. The doctor was friendly and although I always had to wait 30 – 40 minutes to see her, I figured that was just standard. Her «cure» was an extremely painful topical solution that then gave me MORE than when I went to her. I thought that I had paid my portion of the billing but when I had questions about the bill and called their billing helpline the woman I spoke with was extremely rude and couldn’t explain why there was an overdue balance but that it had to be paid. Wrote a check, sent it in, done. Now, a year later, I get a «final notice» in the mail, completely out of the blue. Disorganized, unprofessional and rude.
