Established in 2012.

Even though itneedshelp /​inh365, llc. was incorporated in 2012 we have been taking care of local homes and business for over 10 years. We recently changed our name and reincorporated when Jimmy Campbell joined as Co-​Owner. Our main office has been inside The Frederick Indoor Sports Center (formerly The Sports Plex) for the last 10 yrs. Over the years we have helped 1500+ homes and 100+ businesses with all their technical support needs with a very personal touch and have been rewarded with the majority of our new business coming from referrals.

Van and his crew are the best by a million miles. My netbook was toast and he put in a new hard drive in a day and the price was cheap. They are experts and can help with commercial level businesses or if you drop your laptop on the ground and need it fixed. Van is quite the techie fella and you’ll seldom see him without at least 4 devices on him. He likes to be up to date on the latest technologies and has personally tried them all out so that he can make a solid opinion. Businesses rely on ITNeedsHelp and so do I.

I took my laptop to them because I was having continuous problems with white/​blue screens. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in one day. Turned out to be an issue with my connection to my wi-​fi. Very happy with their IT knowledge and customer service. I’d highly recommend them. Plus my only cost was the $ 25 for the diagnostics.

These guys were great. They were highly knowledgeable when it came to the issues I was experiencing with my system and were able to fix it the very same morning. They didn’t try selling me on services I didn’t need and didn’t try to sell me on parts that I would have to wait on. They were forthright and fast. I know some of the computer techs that work at Techknowbutler are very talented. They are also very nice people to deal with. I wouldn’t trust my laptop to any other computer repair shop.
It’s interesting that Techknowbutler’s shop is located within the Frederick Indoor Sports Center, you can drop off your computer while you’re children are at soccer practice.
