We thought we’d try to sign up for trash service with this company despite the two bad Unilocal reviews we saw… those reviews were correct. The secretary is awful and put us on hold for over 10 minutes just to have us sent to a voicemail box. Guess you don’t want new customers… that’s fine… glad we found out before we paid you anything!

Wow where to start with this company. I have been using for about 7 months now and I have to say the customer service is really lacking. The woman who answers phone is very rude and condescending. I have asked to speak to manager several time and he is never in the office and will not return my calls. I have had issues– trash not picked up, trash can missing, billed too much. Last straw with these guys is when the can they issues went missing. I put it out Friday evening for a Saturday pick up. When I got home from work on Saturday my trash can was gone. Looked around road for it and could not find it. Called them on Monday to ask if they knew anything and we received several answers– first — no driver marked no trash left out. Second — oh the driver saw it down the road. If you can’t find can you will have to pay a $ 80 fee to replace and we will continue to bill you unless you pay few or return can. Boo! Yea right they are cheapest around but there is a reason for that. Hope this review helps you not do business with these guys. Save yourself the headache and pay the extra $ 5 to have someone else pick up your trash.
