J T Hartman Contracting llc is owned and operated by Jeff Hartman, a licensed General Contractor in the state of Maryland. (MHIC#90 555) Jeff has been a custom home remodeler for over fifteen years. He has a B.A. degree in design and is equal parts artist and engineer. Combining a highly technical ability with an education in design, Jeff will give you the confidence that your project is in qualified hands.
