History

Established in 1998.

KV&A is the brain child of two CPA’s. One partner was a CFO at a division of Thompson Publishing and one has a life experience of successful serial entrepreneurship. Both have had wide experience building, buying and selling some of their own business ventures. Together they decided to serve the public in this niche need for more than just average CPA services. To this day, clients of KV&A CPAs LLC have the opportunity to get not just numbers and past history but practical business coaching wisdom on how overcome the challenges that small business owners face from the vantage point of prior experience. Successfully operating one small business or another from high school onward, Mr. Vario has had the good fortune of never having a business failure and has bought and sold business. He built a landscaping business and sold this business at a profit in his Softmore year at the University of Maryland. As an experienced business owner, he is especially sensitive to the needs of small businesses and their owners. As a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Vario brings 15+ years of experience for individuals & businesses, tax planning (to limit liability), business startup consulting and ongoing coaching, financial planning, retirement plan selection, IRS conflict resolution and others. His most satisfying business experiences are of seeing people he has helped become successful in their small business.
