Diane DeMarco, Principal, founded Marketing @ Work in 2004 with the mission of providing a complete range of high-​quality marketing and PR services to local and regional companies and organizations. Our clients include restaurants, medical practices, IT companies, professional services, construction, HVAC, electricians, transportation providers and

more. We specialize in producing highly creative materials, and our philosophy is that «Great Marketing Doesn’t Need to Cost an Arm & a Leg, But it Does need to Get You Noticed!»

Business Owner

Before launching Marketing @ Work in 2004, Diane served as Vice President of Marketing Communications for the Frederick-​based First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation.

Diane is active in the community, and served on the Maryland Women’s Conference Task Force for several years. She currently serves as an Ambassador for the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Habitat for Humanity Frederick County Marketing Committee. She is a former board member of the Greater Frederick Advertising Federation, and is past vice president and marketing chair for the Frederick County Commission For Women.
