Frederick is a great place to live, we’ve been living here for 23 years, and are raising our 4 children here.

Chris is a Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE. Helping people with Short Sales is one of his specialties.

He also manages the residential department at Turning Point Real Estate, and serves as a mentor to new agents.

Karen is the internet marketing specialist for the Highland Group. She also trains and coaches agents at Turning Point Real Estate in internet marketing, blogging and social media use for real estate.

History

Established in 1992.

After our second home purchase, we were thrilled with the process and wanted to make it our business.

Business Owner

Chris has a background in sales before entering Real Estate sales. Since then, he has managed an office of 90+ agents, and has a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, (CDPE). Chris now manages the Residential department of Turning Point Real Estate in Urbana an mentors new agents.

Karen’s background is in education. She handles the blogging, internet marketing, and back-​office admin for the company.

Brandon Highland works in all areas of the business, adding his photography and video expertise, as well as working with customers.
