Exceptional customer service!
We were scheduled for an appointment at the Industry Lane location only to walk out due to an extremely long wait time despite an appointment and the guy at the front desk’s very rude and condescending tone. We called the Riverbed Way location and asked for an appointment but was told that they were really swamped and that we should try the other location. After explaining our situation to Chris, he went above and beyond to get us in. We offered to come in Monday as to not inconvenience anyone but he insisted we go right then. Nathan worked with us when we arrived and he too had wonderful customer service. We will now be taking our business here as they genuinely seem to care about the customer and gaining loyal patrons.

The staff is friendly and personable. They took me to work and offered to pick me up when the car is ready. What made this a 5 star review is the technician reinstalled my spare tire in the proper location in my trunk.
I plan on getting new tires for my other vehicle soon and TW is high on my list.

I had a long list of things wrong with my car and they fixed everyone of them. Service was amazing, they kept me informed of everything they were doing on my car and gave me an estimate on when they were complete. I highly recommend them.

I went here to get my motor in my window fixed (as well as an oil change) and received fast and excellent service. The short wait in the clean and comfortable waiting room with complementary beverages and snacks as well as free wi-​fi wasn’t bad at all. I received excellent customer service from all employees, particularly from the manager (I believe his name was Andrew?). I would most certainly recommend this tire world location to a friend.

Avoid. too much negative feedback to list here. All issues with the customer interface aspect, mechanics seem to be ok. Rude order taker/​manager. Disorganized, slow, rude, condescending, clearly was having a bad day today and decided to take it out on the customers.
I will NEVER go back. I’ll push my car to downtown frederick before I give them another dime.
