Zero stars. Fixed stuff that wasn’t broken and installed a new heat pump system incorrectly. They don’t care enough to get it right even after I’d been a customer for some years.

After an all air employee stopped traffic for five minutes and then chased my family down after we passed their van and then proceeded to verbally assault me and physically threaten me in front of my wife and children, I wonder what type of psychopaths this place is hiring. Seriously, who does that kind of stuff? The employee of All Air Fredericksburg/​Spotsylvania is who. Not only do I not recommend you let them into your house, I wouldn’t let violent cockroaches like that into my neighborhood. Some people get nervous seeing a person with an open carry gun or walking their pit bull. I get nervous knowing that All Air is out there with their shitty, violent employees.
