Who would have thought you could get food like this in the back of a smokey bar! Chef Joseph has got it going on! From the fries to the wings (OMG THOSE WINGS!) to the gourmet burgers and Sunday night Chicken Fried Sirloin you can’t go wrong. There is seating outside if you are not a fan of indoor smoking or you can get it Togo and enjoy at home. Don’t miss this place!

Hidden gem in Fredericksburg! Get off Main Street and hit up Buc’s for Joseph amazing food! Fried chicken is my favorite so far. Also the potato wedges were amazing!

Barrel and brine now serves food inside Bucs and is just delicious. Wings, fried cauliflower, and the FRIED CHICKEN were all really good. Joseph is really kind and really is a great chef.
