The company should NOT be in business! They installed our irrigation system. They come in low on their bid, but then stick it to you afterwards to recoup their costs. They overcharge for everything (even during the warranty phase). They claim they did the work but make sure no one is home, and lie that they did it. We had an install leak that they denied. We had to bring in another company to fix all their mistakes! Their customer service is pathetic! Tracy, the girl that answers the phone is a a b***h! RUN from this bogus company!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service was terrible. We requested that they service our irrigation system for Spring start up in April. They claim to have showed up to our residence but we have no record they did. After our appointment they called us a week later to say that nobody was home but my wife works from home full-time and is home during the day. At that time I said that waiting to call us a week after our appointment to report an issue of providing service was not acceptable and we would find another company. They should have called immediately if there was an issue servicing the residence– not waited a week later to call. Zero effort was exercised– totally unacceptable.
