Established in 1980.
Dr. McGrail has been practicing periodontics and implant dentistry in Fredericksburg for 34 years. Dr. Pitman recently joined the practice and is excited to offer services in periodontics, implants, bone grafting and IV sedation.

Business Owner
Originally from northern California, Dr. Pitman attended Yuba College and the University of Nebraska for her undergraduate studies, and received her DMD degree and a certificate in public health from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona.
She has a passion for helping others and was drawn to periodontics because it intertwines relationships with patients, positively impacting lives, science, surgery, medicine, and the ability to make a difference.
Dr. Pitman achieved dual certification for advanced specialty training in periodontics from the University of Alabama Birmingham and the Birmingham Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.
