I won’t take my car anywhere else! These guys always fix it the first time, and if they don’t, they will do it again for free.

We were four hours from home and four and a half hours from where we were headed when our van broke down in Fredericktown, MO. Our van wouldn’t start after making a quick gas stop just off the interstate.
We were recommended by the tow company to use Heartland. We left our van with them on a Thursday afternoon and told them we would be coming back through on Sunday afternoon. We knew it was asking a LOT for them to figure out what was wrong, fix it and allow us to pick it up on a Sunday when they were closed.
Now, earlier in the week our mechanic at home, had told us it would be almost a grand to fix the air, so we chose to try a possible «work-​around».
Well, the work around failed and caused additional problems to the engine. The mechanics at Heartland figured out the problem, researched the cost to fix it correctly (around a grand) and what they could do as a «work-​around» to get us up and running by Sunday so we could make it home.
They were more than willing to put in the effort to try some creative fixes that were easily affordable for us (NOT the grand that a full repair would have cost). We picked up our vehicle on Sunday and made it home with NO problems at all.
I would recommend these mechanics to everyone. They had the opportunity to take advantage of some «out of town» guests who were distraught and stranded. Instead the owners/​employees of this company demonstrated true customer service and integrity.
