This is a little late, but I had an amazing experience with these guys!
I was driving up to DC from Richmond, and out of nowhere, a big 18-​wheeler wheel came flying out in the middle of the highway and I couldn’t avoid it and ended up running over it. Me, knowing nothing about cars, panicked and pulled over to the first shop i saw. I got lucky with this one.
These guys were more than happy to help me and explain to me what happened. They even had to take something off the wheel that got damaged, and did it happily. The men were nice and super helpful! If i’m ever back in the area, I would not even think twice about coming back here.

I have been using this location for years. I keep coming back because I trust the staff and they are always so friendly. They are also incredibly knowledgeable and make the effort to teach you about the benefits of the services they provide. I have never felt forced to make unnecessary repairs and their follow up with notations on invoicing is great to have on hand for future services.

Excellent experience. I just moved to the area, and needed an oil change. Unilocal to the rescue as always! Went to Grease Monkey this morning and I was in and out within an hour. Quick service and great customer relations. The service technician came in to let me know what they found during their regular inspection of the vehicle, discussed what I wanted to have done today, and he didn’t try to sell me any extra services. I really appreciated that because as a female, I tend to be treated like I don’t know anything about my vehicle at most service places. In addition to the regular oil change service, they also wash your windows and vacuum the interior! I truly appreciated the service and experience at Grease Monkey and I will be taking my vehicle back there in the future.

Today I was in need of an oil change and every place I went had a wait time of 2 hours or more. I decided to go to Grease Monkey and I must say I was absolutely pleased with the service I received. When I pulled up I was greeted by Ben (Manager) who assured me I would be taken care of in 10 – 15 minutes, which was true. I was so happy with the service I took my other vehicle for an oil change today as well and I was greeted once again but by Ryan whom is absolutely friendly and provides so much reassurance. Justin (Assistant Manager) gave me an explanation on the importance of safety with replacing certain things on my vehicle, such as a belt. This place has incredible service which is hard to find but I’m glad I found them.

Had my oil changed at Grease Monkey this weekend, if you currently take your car anywhere else your wasting your money. The price is very reasonable, the service is fast, and all of the employees were very helpful and friendly. They didn’t try to sell me any service I did not not need, and anything they thought I did need they explained why, then showed me the reason on my vehicle. I was very impressed seeing two people working on each vehicle to ensure every detail is accounted for.
