D & G Sanitation

I’m currently trying to remove their sanitation truck and port-​a-​potty that they presumed to park today in our private parking lot without permission nor checking to see if we needed the prime spaces they claimed. They ignored clear signage warning of towing violation for unauthorized parking. The tone of employees was both unapologetic and ignorant as they did not even know where their trucks were located. A low character operation pulls this kind of stunt. Hope they make some changes.

I was researching portable toilet companies and at first I found companies that serviced the entire region. I was disappointed that most of these companies did not have many Unilocal review. Instead, I decided to go with a company that was local. I was recommended to D &G after calling a company that did not come out to Los Gatos.
D & G has competitive pricing, which is ultimately why I went with them and I was very happy I did. Their staff was readily available, friendly and knowledgable.
I was hesitant at first because of their prior Unilocal reviews; however, the nice women in the office assured me that they are punctual and would be there to drop-​off and pick-​up the two units.
Sure enough, the units promptly arrived at the beginning of the two hour window we agreed upon and were picked up in the hour window we predetermined. The units were clean and had additional hand washing stations, which were perfect for our event. I was very happy I choose to go with them and I will be using them in the future.

Won’t recommend them to anyone. We rented a «vip unit» from them for our outdoor farm wedding several weeks ago. We had a pleasant experience when we went to the office to look at and pay for the unit– friendly girl in the office. The day before the wedding they were supposed to deliver in the morning. Nothing. So I call and the lady says they’re on their way. They show up around 2 pm. The delivery guys didn’t know how to back the truck down a straight short flat dirt road– plenty big for a regular truck with a trailer on it. They wanted to pull in front-​ways and have the bathroom doors facing backwards. I told them no I want the doors facing out. We ended up having them disconnect the trailer from the truck and moving it ourselves because they wouldn’t do what we asked. They literally unhooked the trailer from the truck and drove off without having us inspect it or sign for it. 4 pm rolls around and we find out they didn’t leave the key for the AC box so they had to drive the hour drive back to give it to us. The unit worked out fine and was nice. A week later they call and say we damaged the unit and are liable for it. If we’d signed for it upon delivery I would have noted the damage that was already there when it was delivered. Horrible service. Awful.

Horrible! will not pick up port a potty after 4 calls still no pick up. Beware
