In 2009, Pinto repaired my 2007 Ford Mustang after a hit and run driver damaged by car parked in front of my house. A fender was replaced and the door and hood were repaired and painted. In 2012 my hood is rusting and I took it back to Pinto to look at. They blamed Ford’s use of aluminum in their hoods and sent me back to the dealer (Freehold Ford), who blames Pinto for bad prep work. In addition, the paint on the underside of my door handle has peeled off. The people at Pinto seemed very relieved to use Ford as the excuse and you could tell that they were prepared to do nothing even before they came out and looked at the car. I expect more from a local business.
