Launched in August of 2008, Windermere Property Management quickly established a quality reputation here on South Whidbey Island. Joseph Mosolino: Upon arriving on Whidbey Island in the fall of 1997 Joseph knew he and his family would be staying a long time… there was so much to see and do that a couple of years would not be enough! The Mosolino’s bought their home through the Oak Harbor Windermere office and that experience was so warm and wonderful that Joseph knew his entry into real estate would only be with Windermere.

Joseph joined Windermere Real Estate in Oak Harbor WA in June of 1998. He came with a BA degree in Communications/​Public Relations from the University of Rhode Island, 1994 and MA degree in Public Administration from University of Maryland systems/​Bowie State, 1997. He has been very active with the state & local Realtor associations and was Realtor of the Year for NPSAR 2003 and NPSAR Presidents Award 2004

I have owned a house in Langley for over 8 years and I have always found Windermere Property Management the best company on the island. Perhaps the major problem the renters find with Windermere is their utmost concern for the property owner, which means that they do extensive screenings to find out if the applicants are able to pay the rent and able to take care of the said property.
When I met Jason Joiner I was as skeptical as any person should be when you are handing over the keys to your house. Jason laid out the contract that Windermere has with it’s rental properties and I quickly liked what I saw. Jason Joiner is a straight shooter who will tell you the facts of any situation even if you don’t like what he has to say. Honesty is hard to find and Jason is one of the good ones. As i mentioned Windermere takes a good look at each and every renter they place in a property and they also ensure that the property is maintained and presentable. No one wants the bad neighbors and with Jason Joiner and the Windermere team you can be sure they will put the right renter in the right property. You can rest assured that your property is being taken care of in the way you would want.

Windermere Property Management has been great for me as a local real estate investor. They currently manage 5 of my rental properties. They are great to work with. They are VERY professional and provide prompt service. Windermere has given me peace of mind as it relates to my rentals which I can not put a price on. I highly recommend using Windermere if you are a property owner or a renter! Keep up the great work!

We were wanting to move to the island and were in contact with a couple different real estate companies. Windermere was by far the worst we dealt with. It took a few different e-​mails over a few days to finally hear back. The agent we were trying to get in contact with, and who finally did get in contact with us was Jason Joiner. Dealing with this company and dealing with the company that we finally rented through was a night and day difference.
When we were finally contacted by Jason it was not very personable and he made it clear it was more of and inconvenience for him to help us than anything. After our initial phone call with him it was hard to get back in touch with him. When we tried to call him about meeting at a house we were scheduled to meet at the call went back to his office and not to him; which of course went to voice mail and not to an actual person. I guess he doesn’t have a cell phone? I wish I could convey just how helpful, friendly and communicative the other company we used was, and just how opposite Windermere was.
If you see a property you like on their web site my recommendation would be to see if another website/​company also has that listing and go through them.
