Mango mousse cake and Fruit cake are best! bread and macaroons were good too.

I really like this place, deserves 3.5 stars. Its breads are very similar to the ones you see at Sheng Kee, such as the pork sung puff pastry, custard, etc. However, this is a mom-and-pop shop, and to me, the breads from this place seem less preservative-y. They offer macarons and cakes, though they are pretty pricey. They also have a limited hot-food menu, where they have spicy/curry/original beef noodle soups. As someone who is not a huge fan of beef noodle soup(I am a fail Taiwanese girl…), I love the beef noodle soup and they give you huge chunks of meat for a decent price! They also give you a free unsweetened(jasmine?) tea from the fridge with a purchase of the noodle soup. My favorite thing to get from here is the ham potato salad bun. Huge and super cheap! Not a bad place to come for a cheap meal(and stock up on carbs lol). They also have specialty milk tea drinks and shaved snow desserts!

Beef noodle soup tastes sweet! not very good, also not worth it. Noodle tastes cheap. Would rather go to tea papa! :)) it right across the street and is way better!

My first time here. The macarons were pretty looking. Nice variety of flavors. I tried rose, caramel, and earl grey. The tastes are not particularly memorable. When I asked which ones were freshest, the owner said he couldn’t tell me. ??. I also got a iced milk lychee tea with boba. About 2 Oz of lychee flavoring was poured into really strong black tea. The boba did not taste right. Some«regular customers» seeming folks stopped in and bought a lot of buns. Maybe that’s where it’s at.

Macarons! Yum! Went here on a Saturday, glad there was still macarons left. Light, crisp, and filling was great! Also got the passion fruit cake. Sweet, slightly tart, and fluffy cake. Will be coming here again!

Macarons – Yummy but it does not stand out in my mind compared to other places like Chantal Guillon. And don’t ask me why I got a sandwich at a bakery. I was hungry during lunch, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Overpriced and very boring.

The beef noodle soup is a must try. It is the best I’ve ever had so far. Very authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup. They gave you more than 5 big pcs of tender & thick beef tendon in a bowl, not like other restaurants. Plus a cup of free wheat tea with your order.

I had heard good things of their lychee macaron but unfortunately mine had terrible tasting filling. The top cookies tasted very good but the filling tasted like windex. It was a terrible chemical taste. I am not sure what happened to this batch. The pistachio macaron that I had eaten first was delicious, filling and all. I would rate it this bakery 5 stars for the pistachio but something went terribly wrong with the lychee batch so I can only give 2 stars.

There are a few options here, mostly pastries, macarons, and such. However, it’s made up by the fact that the food is scrumptious! Definitely try their green tea muffin! It’s easily the best muffin I have tried in quite a while. The inside is soft, light, and filling, and it is not overly sweet at all. There is only a hint of green tea essence, but the flavor is delicious.

Not a great find– needed to grab some coffee on our way out of town, and this spot showed up on the Unilocal app. They only offer a couple of coffee drinks and specialize instead in teas… despite the fact that there’s another tea place in the same plaza. The pastries are a highlight. The soups are not. Beef noodle soup had a very one-note broth and stringy beef, but the noodles were perfectly al dente. Unfortunately, we still didn’t finish the order. The green tea latte was okay, the honey citron green tea had a lot of pulp/rind to it but tasted a bit soapy. Our soup order got us a free barley tea, which tasted similar to a chilled cup of broth, also went unfinished. Service was polite. Pastry selection seemed fresh. They offer a discount on whole cakes, several people came in to pick up while we dined… perhaps that is their strength?

I’ve never actually been inside their bakery so I can’t comment on the service or the place itself. Last Friday night, my younger sister met up with me for dinner at Little Dipper & bought me two individual sized cakes from this place and brought it to dinner with her. So sweet of her! She bought the raspberry cheesecake, which was ok, but had this overwhelming scent of almond. Sometimes, too much of anything isn’t a good thing. She also bought a slice of the guava mousse cake, which was very tasty, but you can tell that it’s been sitting in their fridge for a few days from the dehydrated slices of strawberry & peach sitting atop the cake. There are a lot of bakeries nearby so I’m not sure if I’d consider coming to get my pastries from them…

Picked up a cake for my friend’s birthday. They had quite a few available in the display that were ready and I could take right away. Settled on the strawberry chiffon cake(I think that was what it was called). They boxed it up in this nice box with Happy birthday on it. And sent me off with a plastic knife/serving fork combo. We had it at the restaurant later and I thought it was pretty good. Light and fluffy. Not too sweet, like most cakes from Asian bakeries. And there was just the right amount of strawberry filling and frosting. I usually think there’s too much and scrape most of it off. But this was good. Cake was also probably enough for about 8 people. Also picked up some macarons for myself to try. I had the red velvet, passion fruit and lychee flavors. All were not bad and pretty inexpensive but also probably not the most authentic macarons.

I was exploring the Warm Springs Plaza and happened upon the 360 Bakery & Café. What a great find. I bought a dozen macarons for $ 18. The young woman who assisted me told me that her grandma makes them by hand. So delicious, the Rose macaron, exactly what you might think a rose would taste like. Plus many, many other flavors. Will be back to try more.

This place has great pastries for really great prices!(Most pastries are between $ 1 to $ 3)The food is tasty and their boba/milk tea is pretty good. Also, I’ve never seen such a large variety of macaroons in my life! They have every kind of flavor you can imagine(at $ 1.50 a pop)! Plus the people who work here are always super nice! This is my favorite bakery to stop by at on my way home. (Just make sure you get there before all the pastries are gone!)

This place is super cute! I live right off of Mission Blvd. so I stumbled upon 360Degree and am so happy because I crave macaroons/sweets/sugar all the time! It’s a problem; I’m working on it… x) The parking lot is huge-I never have trouble finding any and it’s close enough that I can walk anyway. They have a wide selection of macaroons available but my favorites are Cappuccino, Vanilla and Sea Salt Caramel. They are $ 1.50 each, which is a lot cheaper than other bakeries I have been to. They have other pastries and baked goods too, along with drinks — I really like the boba milk tea. I think they have a sufficient variety in their menu for the size and layout of the café/bakery. It is very organized, clean and has an overall welcoming mom&pop atmosphere. The customer service is consistent and pleasant here as well! This is definitely my go-to café/bakery in Fremont now!

For a small mom & pop bakery that serves a few shelves of pastries, bread, cakes, macarons and desserts plus a few hot items, 360 Degree Bakery & Café is solid. If it were a restaurant, it wouldn’t be a 5 star, but for the space it straddles between tiny bakery and tiny café, I think it’s found the items it is good at and stuck with them. The Taiwanese beef noodle soup is nothing fancy but super filling and pretty tasty. My friend said it reminded her of homemade beef noodle soup — meaning generous amounts of beef, noodles, and broth. Both the original and spicy flavors aren’t overly salty and my friend didn’t develop an MSG migraine which was promising. Our bowls came with complimentary chilled, unsweetened tea which really hit the spot afterwards. They’d forgotten our bok choy but instead of stiffing us, promptly brought by small dishes of the vegetable for us to add. We didn’t even know we were missing it so the honesty was appreciated. It’s a bare bones family operation so don’t expect to be waited on hand and foot. The prices reflect this and are very reasonable. You order and pay at the counter, then the bowls are brought out to you. They also have chilled and hot sandwiches, plus an assortment of teas and coffees. The bread and pastries we bought were fresh. My friend said the hotdog bun was one of the best she’s tried. Other places might wrap the hot dog in a soft but plain roll, but the bread they use at 360 degree was fragrant and soft. I was pretty happy with my cranberry walnut bun. Another mom & pop business to support! :)

I’m a huge fan of their breads(not sure about pastries or cookies yet) because it’s light, aromatic, and not too buttery. So far I’ve tried red bean(wonderful), hot dog(good), and pineapple bun(yummy!!), red bean cheese(ok, not enough cheese or red bean), taro(good, because it’s real taro) and they’re just delicious paired with some black coffee. Today I bought the sea salt caramel and sesame macaron. I liked them both because neither was too sweet, there is a balance of crunch and chewiness. As another Unilocaler noted, the sizing of each macaron is severely inconsistent, but somehow I just think they look homemade! Loved it. We also tried the plain beef noodles today — meh, I liked the meat but not the soup. I’d try the spicy soup next time and see how that goes! Yesterday I went back AGAIN around 5:30pm(Sunday), and the breads were buy one get one free. Score! Monday breakfast taken care of. Tip: their snowflake is only $ 5.50! Can’t wait to try that when it warms up a little bit. Tip to owners: please fix up the décor or tables/chairs! I don’t know why but the place gave an unwelcoming, cold vibe when we sat down.

Favorite things here: the beef noodle soup(love the homemade taste) and the ham/potato salad and turkey/potato salad buns in the fridge case.(Is is too obvious that I’m Taiwanese?) Have not had the macarons or teas, so I defer to other reviews on their other items. Friendly service.

Came here about 45 minutes before closing so I feel like I need to come back to give their pastries another shot. There was barely any pastries out when I got here so settled for an almond puff pastry. I was expecting it to have some sort of cream filling inside however it was literally just a puff pastry– super thin and flaky, barely any flavor, and crumbles after the first bite. There was absolutely no way to eat the pastry gracefully and it was so bland that I couldn’t get myself to finish the whole thing. The sea salt green tea was also mediocre and quite bland. The tea taste was very subtle and the sea salt flavor was virtually nonexistent. The«cream» on top just tasted like watered down condensed milk but not as sweet. I can’t really put my finger on it but the drink was just not what I expected from a sea salt drink. It wasn’t terrible but I’d definitely just head over to the next plaza and get myself a milk foam green tea next time. The two saving graces of my visit were the flour less chocolate cake and the sea salt caramel macaron. The macaron was great and not too sweet! However, I noticed their macaroni sizing is severely inconsistent. There are really big pieces and then some really small pieces. It kinda bugs me that the sizing could vary so much but the taste was good and I really wanna try their other flavors. The flourless chocolate cake was also a surprise. I normally don’t go for chocolate cake but decided to give it a shot since it looked pretty. The cake was a slightly thicker than mousse consistency and had two layers-a top dark chocolate layer and bottom milk chocolate which gave a perfectly balanced flavor. Would go back to try their other pastries and cakes but would skip the milk tea.

Read the reviews by other Unilocalers, so decided to give this place a try. Ordered the Braised Beef Noodle Soup(Spicy) and it was awesome. You get a large bowl of noodles, real pieces of beef and the broth was flavorful and a bit spicy. I also enjoyed several pastries(red bean bun, taro bun, hot dog bun, apple turnover and chocolate croissant). Staff was friendly and service was good. If you don’t want to wait in long lines elsewhere, this is a good option.
