Wendy carries a California Real Estate Broker’s License and is a California Notary Public. She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Prior to admPROPERTY, Wendy was a Vice President in Risk Management at JPMorgan Chase. She holds a B.S. in Statistics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Cornell University.

adm Property and Wendy are FANTASTIC and exceeded all of our expectations! We rented out our house two years ago, and Wendy has managed the property from the beginning. She has handled all matters professional and kept us fully informed. When repairs were needed, she obtained multiple quotes, sent pictures so that we could really understand what the issues were, and ensured that everything was handled expeditiously, with good quality and cost effectively. Her accounting statements arrived promptly at the beginning of each month and there were never any surprises about the charges. Everything was completely documented.
Wendy’s services allowed us to not worry about our house while we were out of the country. We returned to find our home in excellent condition.
Wendy is honest, extremely knowledgeable about rental/​legal issues, hardworking, reliable, able to fix many things herself, and readily available. We highly recommend her.

Where is the 6 star button? I have a friend that works with Wendy and told me how amazing she is. I interviewed her and was extremely impressed. She is hands on and loves what she does, and it shows.
She suggested I interview other property managers, which is probably a good idea, but I cannot think of anything I would want that she does not do well.

adm Property takes care of everything for my condo. It is my first experience renting real estate and I am completely at ease knowing Wendy is taking care of things. She fixes the lighting herself, visits the property frequently, deals with the HOA when issues arise, buys new appliances and waits for delivery, and even deposits the rent check in my bank account for me. To be honest, I haven’t even seen my condo in almost 2 years because has everything under control.
If you have to rent a house or condo and don’t want to be a landlord yourself, I highly recommend Wendy at adm PROPERTY.
