Due to unfortunate events, a friend got his car towed by AM PM. I can’t review their service when the car got towed but when i went to drop off my friend to get the car out, they had us wait for a long, long time. I just don’t get how a place that is operational 24⁄7 can’t have staff in the office, 24⁄7. Once the guy got there, (who reminded me of Dr. Brown from Back to the Future…) he did the paperwork real quick and we were out of there in no time.

I recently saw a «for sale» vehicle that AM PM had posted on the internet and responded to their ad. The staff there was super easy to work with and very friendly. As I was checking out the vehicle, I saw several other people come by to retrieve their vehicles. Every transaction seemed to be done professionally and politely. I ended up buying the vehicle and they made it very easy for me. They even threw in a replacement radio. I don’t expect to get my car towed, but if it happens, I hope it’s AM PM that does it.

Nobody likes having to get a tow. I was certainly grumpy about it. But the gentleman who came to help me was truly kind. He asked me what was going on. I told him my car wouldn’t start. He took the keys and immediately determined that the problem wasn’t the battery (sigh of relief #1). Noting that my gas light was on, he suggested that we roll my car onto a flat surface, rather than my slanted driveway, to see if it would start. He deftly placed the car into neutral, wheeled it backwards about five feet, and started it. (I blushed many shades of crimson for having neglected to attend to my gas tank or common sense, while breathing my second sigh of relief).
Okay. This is the best part. Not only did he charge me the BEST price possible, he followed me to the gas station to make sure I got there quickly enough to keep the car running! If I ever need a tow again… not that I’m looking forward to it, mind you… I will call AM PM Towing.
