America’s Tire Store – Fremont, CA

Finally got my other 2 tires replaced. Appointment scheduled for 10:30am. Brought car in at 10:15am. Walked over to Nations for some breakfast. Hung out at Nations for a while. Got a call at 11:00am that my car was ready! Excellent service! No complaints!

This morning was my first visit and man, was I impressed! From the moment my Dad and i arrived to the time they were finished with my car, we were well taken care of. I needed 2 new tires and even without an appointment, they were able to accommodate us. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes, which was awesome! The gentleman that helped us out, Alex, provided excellent customer service. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond! I will recommend this place to all my friends and co-​workers. Will definitely be back for any tire services in the future. Thank you Alex and the rest of your morning staff for the amazing work!!! =)

I love this location, it is spacious, clean and the staff is really awesome. Came here last Saturday to have our tires rotated, which normally should take about 15 minutes. We came here toward end of the day but they checked us in because it was suppose to be quick. As it turns out, our rim is a little bent and one of the tires just would not balance. The tech guy went to 2 different machines and had to do lots of extra work. It was really nice of him to take the time to do all that since it was a new car and we didn’t expect anything like that to have happened and would have never known. I appreciate that they stayed after closing to finish the job and didn’t show a bit of frustration. Great place! Btw, you can get certificates for your tires, which is pretty awesome. I got mine from American’s Tires online and had another place put them on We came here to get the certificate and now they will be covered and I get free rotations… so worth it!

I did the tire change from Mountain View, America’s Tire and do the follow up tire rotation here. They are super friendly and very efficient. Never been disappointed.

Place is very and the clerks were very nice. It was my first time there. Super busy but glad I made an appointment (seriously recommended). They charged me absolutely nothing to fix a hole in my tire. Fixed it within 30 mins which was good. Highly recommend.

They are well priced and offer a variety of tires to fit your budget. They also offer a warranty for the life of the tire (s). You can stop in at anytime to have your tire pressure check or to add air.
Their work is fairly quick you can walk in or make an appointment.

The TPMS light on my brand new car came up while I was driving. Turned out to be a puncture — a screw in the rear tire.
I googled for the nearest tire repair shop and luckily for me, America’s Tire was the one that showed up. I called them up and they asked me to get the car there and ‘they would take care of it’. I asked about the cost of repair and they said that it was Free! I thought that they were kidding, so I laughed, and told them that I would be there shortly.
I reached at 17.57, just 3 minutes short of their closing, and they still till my car in. The registration formalities were done and they started off with the work. The guys there were good enough to explain me what they were doing. They did a great job and in about 15 minutes, I was good to go.
And to my surprise, it actually was Free! No hidden clauses or conditions, no advertisement stickers. Just a great job done, for free!

Quick fast and easy! Customer service on point!

Dropped my daughter off at preschool, saw the low tire pressure indicator, and there was the nail. Drove straight to America’s Tire Company. No appointment, busy Tuesday morning, but they said they could patch the tire in about an hour. And they did! Best of all, it was free.
Great service, quality work. They definitely have my loyalty when it comes time to replace my tires.

Free flat tire service. and kind of waited 90 mins and it’s a busy day at the store. Liked the way the service was done and the service.

First time here for tire repair.
Called ask about the appointment for tire repair, Howard said just come drop-​in, he will take care of it.
The place clean and nice.
The technician (Howard J) very nice, after I explain my tire problem, process is smooth, and set. Told to wait for one and half hrs.
And the repair is free!

This review is definitely overdue.
I have been going to this location for years and bring all my vehicles here and even vehicles which have not been brought in before (for their free services provided to all customers). All of the workers here have been so honest, and will try to repair the tire for you vs. selling you a tire right away.
Today, after my umpteenth time coming here in the past two months since August 2015 (for the same car because my father just keeps running over nails!), Mark went way over and beyond in helping me out with my situation of just wanting to leave a loose wheel and swapping on the full size spare (Mark just had help me replace last week, fricken nails!), as I came during a time of a 3 hour wait.
I asked him whether he was a manager, and his response was «no». Seriously, America’s Tire, why have you not made this guy a manager? He has always been so helpful to my family over the years and goes over and beyond to make sure his customers are taken very well care of.
Thank you Mark and the rest of the team for making my day today and all the days over the years! =]

This place is pretty cool. I had a flat tire on my car, and I Unilocal’d to see where I could get it repaired. This place came up, so I called them to see how much a repair would cost. It’s FREE! Wow! I made an appointment for the same day, took my car in, and got it repaired.
The people there were pretty busy so I waited a bit for someone to talk to me, but once he did, he was very friendly and was very fast at checking the conditions of my tires. He did all the appropriate paperwork, then took my car key and went to fix it. My car was repaired in half an hour, which was half the time they told me it would take. Woohoo! There’s also nice and comfy seats in the waiting area, although I don’t think there’s internet.
I would definitely recommend coming here to get your tire repaired!

One of the techs locked my brother in laws keys in the car and told my husband to call AAA to unlock it for them and drove off.
To top it off they charged him a tire disposal fee and my brother in law and husband brought it home. Ridiculous.
Terrible customer service who are truly unprofessional.

We have bought tires from ATS from here and other locations. I’ve had my tires rotated here and my tire replaced due to a nail with minimal cost. My experience has generally been good until my last tire rotation, they forgot to put on my wheel cover. I honestly didn’t notice it until 5 days later because it was the passenger rear tire and I rarely look at that side. To make a long story short, it took 3 weeks to replace 1 wheel cover after going to the store 3 times and calling several times a week for follow-​up. The sales associates had put in 3 different orders for a wheel cover. Two of the orders got lost. Finally they just decided to replace all 4 at no cost to me. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I understand that it’s just a wheel cover but the techs forgot to put it back on and it should be an easy fix.
Lesson learned: check to make sure all wheel covers are on before driving away.

I am not skilled when it comes to cars, not going to lie. So when my tire pressure light indicator came on, I didn’t even know what it meant. I had to look it up. I read reports that oh checking tire pressure is easy, but how was I supposed to do that? Hence, I called this place at 7:30AM and someone on the phone was very nice about it. He said I could just roll in at 8:00AM when they opened and someone could check the pressure for free.
They were very nice about the whole ordeal. Someone checked the pressure of all tires and just filled it up for me no questions asked. It was all free too.
