i refuse to patronize this BR at all costs but my husband occasionally stops here on his way home to fulfill a sweet tooth. The service is horrible(kids with unfriendly attitude) and they’re always out of something we ask for… ALWAYS. The straw that broke the camel’s back and pushed me to finally write them up was our experience yesterday. My husband ordered a single scoop for my son, and wanted 2 scoop sundaes for us however, they were out of toppings, really?! So he settled for just 2 –2 scoops servings of ice cream for us. when he got them home he said the person who served him was being chintzy and that’s when i realized my son’s 1 scoop was the regular size and our 2 scoops were KIDSIZED!!! You could say ours were equivalent to the 1 scoop serving at the cost of 2 scoops. A RIPOFF!!! Makes me think this was done on purpose. Seriously need better business practices!

Teenagers working with no customer service skills, walked in prior to closure, they were serving others at togos & saw us walk in & then hid in back while we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out & finally tell us they are closed. Wow!

First of all the ice cream freezers are very dirty, you can see all the handprints of dirty little children that go there, it looks like they haven’t cleaned it in months and obviously don’t know what windex is. Secondly the togos people go to the BR counter and don’t know the right portion sizes. They were out of cones so they made me a fresh one but the lady who made it touched it with her bare hand(without wearing gloves, ew) while rolling it onto the bare counter too which probably wasn’t wiped down either. So after the togos dude gave me the wrong size scoop the lady in the BR attire told him it was«on the small side» and asked me if I wanted more, uhh DUH! If I pay 3 dollars for one scoop make it right please. So he proceeded to give me more in the hot cone which melted most of my ice cream before I got to the car. Last but not least they wrapped my cone in a measly napkin, I asked if they had the sleeves that usually all the cones come in and she replied«we don’t do/have those here». All in all I won’t be returning to this location ever. If you want a good one go to the one at union landing, it always smells sweet and fresh in there, the ice cream looks appetizing and the people are more friendly.

Attempted to purchase a cake — requested writing — completely normal request the person behind the counter just acts like they are doing me a huge favor. She messed up the writing ‘Happy Retirement’ tried to sell me the cake w/out even acknowledging it — when I pointed it out, her response was, «well I can’t fix it… I can just put it in the back» Horrible horrible customer service — I would make every effort to avoid this place. Avoid avoid… clearly not interested in business… she could have just said, ‘no decorator is here right now’ and I could have decided to by myself. She ruined the cake and lost a customer. While I was being helped the other representative was being very rude to a a tween kid — really you are going to power trip w/rudeness against a kid entering puberty?

There is a yummy reduced fat coconut & pineapple ice cream you have to try! you may have to wait a bit as this a shared BR and Togo’s location. Staff is friendly and the kids are happy with their mini kid scoop of ice cream.

This is the worst Baskin & Robbins I have ever been to. It is close to my house and every year or so I forget how awful it is and as soon as I visit it all come back why we don’t go there. The service is always slow, and they are always out of flavors, even the most common like mint chip or chocolate chip. Ironically there are about 5 or 6 promotional materials around the store with pictures of mint chip! And more disturbing is the condition of the ice cream freezers. There is easily 3″ of frost build up around the edges of the freezers. I can only guess how long it has been since they have been defrosted and cleaned. There has to be some health code that requires regular defrosting. Skip this place!

Tonight, my wife and I had a hunger for some soft serve ice cream. I showed up and there were two people ahead of me. The first couple were being helped, very slowly. Second customer was helped by another employee, much quicker I might add. So ultimately I was helped by employee #1… All I wanted was a large soft serve for my wife and a large 31 below for me. I ordered my wife’s first and noticed that she grabbed the regular cup. When I asked which size it was she stated«large», and I asked if she could double check and she assured me it was. After that was done, I told her that I would like a Reese’s Penutian Butter Cup 31 Below. She informed me that they were out of Reese’s. So I asked if I could get Heath Bar, she then informed me that they were out of that too. So I asked what they did have and she told me that they were out of all the toppings. I asked why she wouldn’t have told me that in the beginning or at least have a notification up. Her response was priceless, «I told my manager earlier that we were out and he told me that there was nothing he could do.» More than half of their menu uses these items and they don’t feel it is important that their potential customers know before they waste their time standing in line. FAIL.

Of all the ice cream shops, I still default to Baskin Robbins! I don’t know why. maybe it’s because I grew up eating it with my family and it brings back fun memories. This is an unusual location. It’s one store but has has two counters; one for Baskin Robbins and one for Togo Sandwiches. Separate service and employees but tons of shared seating inside plus some seating outside. The place is small but it has all my fave flavors like Rocky Road, Vanilla, Chocolate, Mint Chocolate Chip, Jamoca Almond Fudge and Rainbow Sherbet. The store is clean and the staff was really nice. No complaints about the location so close to home! Almost never a parking spot near this store because of the gym across the parking lot. When I’m hungry and craving sweets, I can come here for a sandwich and ice cream… LOL!

Went for the 31c Scoop Night at BR on Wed 4÷28÷10 from 5−10pm. Limit is 3 flavors at 31c ea scoop. The line wasn’t very long at 5:05pm. They didn’t have Jamaican Almond Fudge my favorite flavor at BR. I then had to rush & pick some flavors. I got black cherry on the top & Reese’s peanut butter on the bottom in a sugar cone. Tasted ok, nothing special. Didn’t see any napkins cuz it’s a stingy ass shop. They have separate bathrooms in the back.

My friends and i showed up to get some ice cream at night. It was 9:15pm. The store hours clearly said they close at 10pm. So to any reasonable person, they should be open and ready to serve at 9:15pm. BUT when we got there, the doors were locked already. Employees were inside chatting away, until one saw that we were at the door. One girl came out and said they closed early because it’s what they do on slow nights. We told them that they should post a sign on the door saying they are closed or, better yet, change the store hours so customers don’t waste their time driving to that location in the first place. What store closes early without notifying their customers? At least put a sign on the door. It’s bad customer service. I’m definitely going to avoid this location from now on.

hate this location. not even really a fan of baskin robbins. id go to coldstone over br any day. BUT on my bday, i saw that you get a free ice cream from br so i got there and the guy working, who i think is the manager of the whole place, asked me what i wanted.(with a mean/grumpy face) and i was like oh its my bday, do i get a free scoop or something? and he was just like NO. wheres the paper? you have to sign up. blahblhablha. HEDIDNTEVENGREEETMEHAPPPPPYBIRTHDAY. at least say happy bday first then crush my dreams of having a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream in a sugar cone. you mean man. ruiner of my dreams. i go to the togos all the time, bc i work out at ballys, and that man is always grumpy/unhappy looking. learn to smile!

I HATETHISLOCATION! You stand around hoping at least one of all employees at the Togo’s’ counter will notice and acknowledge your presence, and request for service. Once I had to get in the Togo line just to get some help with the ice cream, only to find that a customer walked up to the Baskin Robbins counter and was immediately helped. I nicely(of course) told the worker at the Togo counter that I was present before the incoming BR Customers, and I would like to be helped at the BR counter, not the TOGO counter. She looked at me like I was stupid and insisted she couldn’t help me and I would have to wait my turn at the BR counter. Um, yeah… Things don’t work like that, especially with me. Now more thann ever do I wish there was a Swensens in town!

One of the best consistently made products is BR ice cream. I’m sure you know what I’m talking about… Gold Medal Ribbon, Baseball Nut, Jamoca, Rocky Road, Rainbow Sherbert(my fave as a kid)…the list goes on. You can still get a banana split at these places :) This location is good because you can park by Rite Aid and get in and out easily… don’t park by Barnes and Noble, it’s crazy on that side!
