What a great surprise. A temp agency with sharp, friendly and very helpful people. I’ve been on the job hunt for a while and was blown over with the efficient and kind service. They are very professional and I am highly impressed with the way they handle business, communicate and process, record and deposit payroll soooo quickly. Call Mrs. Narvaez, she is wonderful and will help you find the right job.

Listen people, all agencies are different. They all have their good and bad, I think the focus should be on the business just as much on the person applying.
If you come prepared and have experience in what they staff (This is a specialized agency), then, you’ll be able to find work with them!
My best friend has gotten plenty of work from Benchmark in Fremont, even a long term assignment that he loves! The team is great, friendly and does in fact get back to qualified people.
If you see negative reviews, you should take them into consideration, however, you have to evaluate the people writing the reviews and decide for yourself!
I can vouch, Benchmark Fremont does help people find work and I recommend you give them a shot! They even help with preparing a professional resume! It’s free and you never know, the advise they give on your job search just may pay off, I mean, it’s kinda what they do for a living. :)

this agenc’y full of clowns! it was a huge waste of time for me to even make an appointment with these clowns. i spent almost 2 hours filling out all the paper work and when it was time for the interview, the recruiter who was sopost to interview me had to have an emergency conference in the next room
so i had to wait another half hour. so i’m sitting in the little lobby area and all i hear in the next room is the recruiter’s talking about what they are doin this weekend and talking about there social lives.
so after the interview all i get is a «we’ll give you a call back»
don’t waste your time with these fresh out of high school recruiters. i think one would be better of working at taco bell next door!
