I ran over a bag on the highway and it got twisted up under the car and made all sorts of racket. Fortunately Eddie at Bruce’s Tire was able to fix it right away. Thank you Eddie for your help and kindness !!

Some of the best service you can get from an Tire Shop (or any Auto Repair Shop). They offer competitive prices to what you see online (when looking at
, make sure you add in the shipping cost). They also provide stand up service, including valet service back to work (we are about 5 mins away from Bruce’s Tire).
I’m compelled to provide feedback this time around because of stand up service for new Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors on my new car that were not installed by Bruce’s. Typically fee to reset them for your car is about 0.5hr worth of labor. They originally quoted $ 65 over the phone. However, when I came in they did it for FREE, not including a nice tip :) because we are returning customers. They do what they can to provide great service for return business so you know they will take care of you and your car!

I recently visited Bruces tire to get my snow tires put on for this awesome winter season. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule as my visit was a Day before Thanksgiving. Not only did they do a professional job installing my winter tires, but they turned everything around in a very short period of time. Highly recommend Bruce’s tire!

It’s never fun to have a flat tire, and especially on the one day it rains. All the local auto shops were closed as well due to construction or simply didn’t want to open but luckily I found Bruce’s Tire close by in Fremont with Unilocal.I’ve never even heard of the place but when I pulled up, I was met by Kevin and he promptly addressed me and got my flat tire fixed. They have a huge garage and it’s really nice to know that there is a reliable and courteous location near the Fremont Business Park location. I’ll be coming back here for all my needs in the future. Thanks again Kevin and crew — you guys are all stars.

I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire, but luckily was near this Bruce’s Tire location. Kevin helped me out and was both courteous and professional. I was able to be back on the road in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Bruce’s and Kevin & his crew. We will be back!

I went for alignment for my car. It was a very well done job. When we went to pick up the car, my other car also had low air in one of the tires. I requested to get it checked. The gentleman at front office was very courteous. He took the car in and find out a nail. Tire was fixed and put back. Best part was that they didn’t even charge me for this fast service. Very impressive. Highly recommend.

And in the «Good luck disguised as bad luck» department… Went out to my car this afternoon, discovered a flat tire, caused by a nail. Aaaaaarrrrggghhh. Is there ever a good time for this to happen? Turns out that there is.
My husband pumped air into it so I could go to the gas station down the street for a patch. They said it was not fixable, but put on the spare for me. I was in a bit of a panic. Got back home, looked online, found Bruce’s tires (the closest tire store to my house) and called. By now it was 4pm, but the person I spoke to said «Sure, come on down and we’ll get a new tire put on for you right away.» Mind you, they close at 5. So I rushed over and met with Eddie, who was very helpful, and who took the time to inspect my other tires and discovered a separation on a rear tire. He said it could have been a blowout waiting to happen, so it was very lucky, indeed. I would not have figured that out on my own!
We went inside to the sales counter, where Eddie very patiently explained to me the different options and helped me pick out tires. Let’s just say I’m a computer geek, and auto mechanics is definitely NOT my specialty, and he was really good at telling me what I needed to know in order to make a decision. I have been in all sorts of stores where the sales people talk down to you as if you’re too dumb to know what to do or buy. Not in this case!
So by this time, now it’s closer to 4:30, and today was almost 100 degrees in Fremont, so those guys working in the shop are sweltering. But kudos to all of them, because they stayed late and put on my 4 new tires. I’m sure they would much rather have been home in the A/​C with a beer in hand. It was 5:30 by the time I left, so they had worked overtime to make sure I could get home. Can’t thank them enough! I would definitely go back there, the next time I need tires.

Richie and his team provided quick and quality service on my tire repair. Highly recommend this group. Been working with them over the years with three of my cars.

I had a flat tire during my lunch break and needed to get my tire either repaired for replaced fast. Heard about Bruce’s Tires from my boss and decided to have them take a look at my tire. The staff was quite friendly to me. Mentioned that at the time they were only accepting drop offs. This was fine since all I needed to do was drop off my flat tire for repair or replacement. Was told that if a repair was possible, they would do it the same day. Lucky for me, a repair was possible. They had my tire for about 2 hours. 2 hours may sound long, but since there were many customers before me, I have to give them credit for fast service.

Bruce’s Tires is an EXCELLENT store that provides a vast array of services: filling your tires with air/​nitrogen, repairing holes, replacing tires and routine recommended services such as tune ups and oil changes.
I have been a customer at their Fremont location for about 10 years. I first took an old beat-​up looking car to them which was originally on the east coast and had been parked in my garage for several years. I thought that all tires would need to be replaced. Bob Vance inspected all tires and told me he would not sell me something that I did not need. He simply filled the tires and sent me on my way.
Since then, I have taken my other cars there for tire service as well as routine maintenance and regular oil changes. I have stopped using the dealership’s service. Today, I took my car there again because the low tire pressure indicator light was lit. Eddie helped me; they filled my tires with nitrogen and repaired a hole. I am very, very happy with Bruce’s Tires and recommend that you take your car to them. Did you know, they have been in business since 1936! Susie

I cannot believe I am so lucky to meet such honest company in current world. My poor car got a flat tire and everyone around me said I may have to replace 2 new tires because it is a sort of expensive car and every tire store may want to make some extra $ per their experiences. I called store before arrived to make sure they do have right size new tires. However, the store manager checked quickly and said it is still repairable, so I do not need new tires! What?! I cannot believe so. The technician stepped on and repaired my tire very fast. So, I only paid less than $ 30 although I was preparing to pay multiple times higher that that.
It definitely made my day. I have told every friend my story, and I will come back for tire services. Thanks. I cannot be happier.

I needed tires in the worst way possible and USUALLY I just go to Costco. This time around, a girl friend told me her dad has gone to Bruce’s Tires for umpteen years. I figured, why not? I called in advance to see what their pricing was and they were pretty on par with Costco anyways.
I got there and Eddie was really helpful in giving me options and honored their 50% off windshield wipers coupon even though I forgot to print it out. It took about 3 hours. I work down the street, so no big deal for me. I signed off on the paperwork and was walking to my car when Eddie stopped me and said they’d forgotten to put the new wipers on. He’d double checked my paperwork just in case — great save! :)
About a week later, I got a flat :(:(
A nail. Of all things and of all days! I called Bruce’s and I told the guy I had a flat and wasn’t really sure if it was safe to drive it the 1.5 miles to them. He suggested I take a picture and send it to him and he’d let me know if it was good to go. I really appreciated them making the extra effort to make sure it was safe. Thankfully, we have an air compressor at work and I was able to fill it up enough to get to Bruce’s. They took care of it in an hour and even though I (STUPIDLY) didn’t get the roadside hazard warranty, they took care of it for me.
Next round of tires, I’ll definitely be back here. Thanks for the great service guys! :)
