I got my front Bumper repaint by these guys, it was great job and great price! delivered on time. only thing can improve was keeping the car clean, it wasnt so bad but room to improve!

I must say I did not believe that I could get my front bumper repaired for a fraction of the cost other places were charging me. Carlos was very instructional and helpful and I saved money with out going through the insurance. Highly recommend this place.

I had a problem with my front bumper and luckily I found this great shop! Carlos was great in customer service and his team as well, they explained very well how they gonna fix my bumper and gave me a very reasonable price. I got my car in no time and the outcome was perfect. I would definitely recommend this shop! Thanks for everything guys!

These is the worst body shop you will ever end up with, I had a small bumper repair and they messed up all the electrical wiring of break and reverse gear, I didn’t notice it after repair and got pulled over by cop for break light. I took the car back to Carlos — he agreed that he repaired the lights and wiring and but asked more money to set it right again. I strongly think he should have repaired it in original cost.

I have been in small accident, and I have been looking for body shop offers good price and good work. Oh boy! I founded Bumpers Express, first I thought it was weird name for the business but, who cares owner Mr. Carlos quote me way less then half the price, car west Elite at Fremont would charge for same work. what the heck! Car West Elite is total ripped off. Bumpers Express did a excellent work on my car in only one day!!! Car west «lazy», will take them three days. Who has time to wait for such simple work. Definitely Bumpers Express delivered. If you ever need for any auto body work done, don’t hesitate to call Mr. Carlos at Bumpers Express. You won’t be sorry!

Bumpers Express did an excellent job on the body work for my car. Carlos is very knowledgeable and really cares about customer service. The Body work was not easy but was done to perfection. The pricing is great and he is honest about what can and cant be done. I highly recommend this body shop.

I was referred by a family member, but I was very skeptical, so I decided to continue to shop around for different prices and service. However, after all my experiences and conversations with other auto body shops, I decided going to Bumpers Express. I was extremely satisfied with the service and how Carlos really made me feel at ease. I am leasing my car and at times was in tears from the situation that occured between issues with my insurance company and my car being damaged, I knew getting it fixed by Bumpers Express was not going to be an issue. I was scared after the ordeal I had already been through but Carlos was patient, kind and understanding and made sure he gave the best customer service possible. I have never had to get work done on the exterior of my car so I had no idea what to expect, but Carlos walked me through the process and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease with my experience, the best I’ve felt since getting my car. I will always be appreciative to him and all of his help. If I could give more stars I would. I work in customer service, and the customer service I received was more than what I could have hoped for.
