The staff should be trained w/proper customer service. I called in to cancel my appointment and the person I was talking to was rude and was giving me attitude over the phone. She was telling me that she does not have time to cancel my appointment, that they are short of staff and even heard her whispering«this is ridiculous» and hung up on me. I personally also have a job that involves customer service. You do not have to be rude w/customers and let them know that you’re having a bad day. Just sayin’.
