Brian such an assh*le they just broke my iphone and have a really bad attitude. I came to the store to have them fix my iphone cause the screen was broken but after calling them for like 10times they said they havent fix it yet for months it turned out that they also broke the LCD while trying to fix it.

I got 3 laptops repaired today. Overall good experience. Brian was very straightforward. Definitely recommended place to get your computer repaired.

These guys were awesome. I had some major issues with my laptop (Fried Motherboard and Data recovery) and they were able to get all data restored in a days time ! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

Found this place after the place I used to go, started having issues. The main guy in charge is cool. He has a always busy vibe and usually making calls, but don’t let that rub you the wrong way. He knows his stuff. After initially repairing my laptop, there was a follow up issue (chromebooks are a pain in the ass to work with in the repair world apparently) and he was quick to fix it. He was straight forward with the pricing and doesn’t try to nickle and dime you every step of the way. Definitely worth checking out if you need something repaired.

I’m very pleased with the service and help I received here. I dropped something on my work laptop, the warranty company suggested Computer World and they were very helpful and went above and beyond to get me back up and running. I did an upgrade to Win 10 and it caused some issues and he helped fix that with out charging me. I will happily use them again.

This place is awesome! I have been here a couple of times and Brian did a really good job on my computer. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful with all my questions and helped me with my never ending computer problems. This place is legit and their prices are very reasonable. Quality work, excellent service, and fair prices, what else can you ask for.

Came in to sell some old hardware. I was helped immediately and had my items appraised for a fair price. I also had some old music files that I wanted to back up from one of the old computers I was selling and was offered a free hard drive recovery. Normally I would do this myself but it saves me the trouble of removing my hard drive and plugging it into my hard drive recovery system, which is nice. Other companies charge a fortune for services like this so complimentary services like this hugely appreciated. The staff was friendly, fair, and informative and everything was finished very promptly, and my overall experience here was very solid.

Came here to get my Macbook fixed. The process was super easy and simple and did I mention quick! Excellent service, highly recommend!

Totally recommended! I came here with two very broken Mac boom pros which most of other repair shops out right refused to handle. The guys here took the Mac books, fixed them alright And charged very very reasonable for the repairs. I’ll surely be going there again if need be!

I’ve been coming here since I’ve started college. The first time I came in here was because I was trying to save cash and fix my laptop myself, big no no and it caused a lot of issues for me. Brian (the owner) knew that I tried fixing it on my own immediately and said it’ll be a bit of work but he took care of me. Pricing has always been reasonable with him. Since that first experience I’ve brought my laptop, my fathers, and my brothers for repairs.
I have also purchased 2 laptops from Brian and they had all the updates software, Microsoft office, and Norton antivirus so I was always taken care of.
Currently I updated my laptop with the new windows and it’s been running extremely slow and causing a lot of issues for me. I stopped by to drop it off and came back in a couple of hours, my laptop was good as new.
If you want great service, a quick turnaround, and reasonable pricing definitely come by here!

Great business! Walked in to sell my used and very slowwww HP laptop that’s been sitting and collecting dust. And a cracked iphone and they offered me a good amount of $$$. I can’t complain its better than nothing.

I took my iPhone to be fix here. The guy told me «no problem I’ll fix it». He said he’ll fix it quick. Well I have to leave it there bc it was not ready. When I come back for it he told me that he was going to charge me $ 10.00 more bc it was really bad and it too he too long to fix. So I paid $ 100.00 to get it «fix». Then the some day my screen turn a little black so I called and left a message to let him know. I went back and I left it again and when I went back for it he tells me that he couldn’t do anything more. And he gave me $ 40.00 gift certs. Like I want to go back there and spent more money. No way. Now I have to get a new phone. His problem is that he thinks he can fix anything… So be careful when you go there…

I am a Professional DJ in today’s music world. My hard drive got corrupted somehow (maybe moisture but honestly my laptop flew across stage). I have my music backed up until May of this year but there was a lot of other things I wanted to retrieve from my HD. Nobody I knew could get it revived. Computer World is near my brother-in-law’s house so I gave it a shot.
Brian, the owner and operator of Computer World was so nice and helpful. Not only was he able to retrieve all my data of my HD, he also fixed up the fan, hooked me up with a new HD, and only took a day. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
I then went back to put some more memory in my wife’s laptop. He said it was easy to do and even showed me how to install it in case I wanted to do it on my own in the future. What a great guy and the customer service is fantastic.
He also sells used laptops and ipads that he fixes up and they work brand new. I bought my wife an ipad too. I will come back here for sure for future laptop work or any kind of computer work in that matter. This place is awesome!

I have a new Visio notebook that I bought from ebay and still under warranty, my daughter picked up the notebook while charging and broke the charging socket and dropped it Omg !!! Send it to get fixed they said it too new we don’t have the socket for it then I found these people on Unilocal and I got it fixed :) with an external socket hahaha thank you very much it was done in less then an hour

I have came here for two times. Very friendly service and. Also very quick. there was a problem in my laptop which as been cleared with an hour.

Brian fixed my ipad while I waited. It only took about 15 minutes and it was good as new. He was professional, prompt, and the price of the replacement was inexpensive compared to other repair shops. The repair was OEM quality, not cheaply done. Worth the hour long drive to Fremont. Will do business here again!

I called before going to see if they fix cracked screens. He told me it was $ 80 when I got there he said $ 160 because it was a newer computer. Anyway I paid it and my computer is fixed. Don’t know how they come up with prices though? But I was desperate!

After breaking the screen on my iPhone 5c my parents took my phone to get fixed here for an awesome price of $ 60 and a warranty. When I picked it up on a Tuesday and I was satisfied the man in front told me to «write some bullshit on Unilocal» to help his business look good and gave us a $ 20 gift card. Free money? Who wouldn’t take it! Everything was good, until Wednesday morning my phone started acting up. My censors weren’t working properly. I didn’t have time until Monday to take it. Monday morning a little corner of my screen cracked, I have no idea how since I didn’t drop it. When I went in the man told me that my censors were off because it was broken, when it had been acting up for 5 days already. He said my warranty didn’t cover it, and that he’d see what he could do and took my sisters number to call me. I never received a call. My sister picked it up for me Tuesday (today) and was charged $ 65, in which I have to repay her for it. I find this extremely unprofessional for he never called me to ask for my opinion. My phone is fine, for now. So that’s why this place was given 2 stars instead of 1 star from me. I could’ve gotten a brand new phone for $ 100 from my carrier though, which I now regret not doing. I will NOT be referring anyone here, and I now know why this place has such bad reviews.

This place is now a one star. My phone is not fine. My screen is popped out. I didn’t realize until I took off the case.

I came to sell my computer, and was greeted by an exceptionally passive-​aggressive male employee who told me everything I had was junk. I told him he could have everything for free, and he waved me off again. He then added that he thought I was gay and that he doesn’t like gays.
I got into a shouting match with the individual, yelling to him that if he didn’t want the computer, he could have just said it nicely. He ran out the store where I was already with another customer who told the owner that she never got her printer. Then he threatened to call the cops, despite the fact that I had a witness who could ascertain that I did nothing illegal, and he had in fact, been the aggressor. I got the number of the lady, and walked back to the car with my computer, which were sold for $ 10 to another buyer.
