Never returned my calls. Left voicemail after voicemail and no call back. After looking him up he is unlicense. BEWARE

My husband and I hired Aaron and his team to do a complete remodel of our original 1970’s kitchen, as well as updating our living room floor to ceiling. We met with many contractors, but when all was said and done, Aaron was the one person who seemed to really want to help us make our remodeling dreams come true. He was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. He was full of creative ideas and suggestions and was always just a phone call away if we had questions or concerns. He and his team performed a complete remodel of our kitchen, and the results were beyond what I even imagined. The floors, cabinets, installing gas, doing plumbing, lighting, electrical and windows. They did it all! Beautiful work! Front room we had walls, paint, lighting, flooring. Our place looks like a whole new home. Working with them was a breeze, very polite, professional and always there for us. I can thank them enough for making our remodel a reality. When we recently found a leak in our upstairs bathroom, we didn’t even hesitate — we knew Aaron and crew would come through again, they were then in a snap helping us find the leak and remodeled our bath doing another beautiful job! I can’t say enough good things about this guy. I highly recommend him and his team. He will not disappoint and he was a pleasure to work with.

I hired Aaron and his Cut –Right team to do a remodel of my Mom’s house in Fremont prior to putting it on the market this year. He was extremely responsive during the bid process and came out to meet me several times to accurately scope the work. I have worked with many contractors over the last 25 yrs and Cut Right is extremely fair and reasonable in its pricing. They will make sure the project gets done right and will not cut any corners. The remodel involved flooring, painting, doors and molding, electrical, painting, etc. We were able to quickly sell the property and had favorable feedback during the open house. So go ahead if you are doing a remodel project and give Aaron a call to let him give you a quote. I highly recommend Cut Right Construction!

I hired Aaron to replace our side pedestrian gate with additional cultured stone and stucco wall. The result is amazing and beyond our expectation. Aaron is quick to response on our emails and his crew workmanship is excellent. We prefer quality over time and the crew did take their time to complete their work based on our HOA specification. Will definitely consider hiring Aaron and his crew in the future.

Aaron and his team at Cut-​Right Construction has proved to be a life saver for us time and again. I have used their services for remodeling our home as well as my wife’s clothing store, Krishna Creations Boutique in Fremont.
At our home we got the hardwood floor installation, bathroom remodeling, and whole house painting work done by them. They even performed the repair to the subfloor, what most other contractors balk at. Both me and my wife were very much impressed by their overall quality of work and attention to details while working within our budget constraints. So when I needed a reliable contractor for remodeling work at my wife’s store choosing Cut-​Right was a no-​brainer. This time the challenge was to construct a big store front glass window of size 8′ by 7′. It required serious engineering skills as well as coordination with the city, getting structural design and multiple rounds of inspections. We also got new floor, fitting rooms, ceiling paint and track lights installed by them. This time again there impeccable work left us highly impressed. No doubts Cut-​Right is going to be my first choose for any future project and I highly recommend them to my friends all the time.

OK my wife and I got really lucky and bought a house that was a steal, however it was still stuck in the early 70’s. I threw my bell bottoms out so needed to get in to the 21^st century. Here is were these guys come in to play. We had two very old and beyond disgusting bathrooms. Arron came by and we just clicked right off the bat. This guy knows what he is doing. They did a complete design of both bathrooms and in the master was able to make it bigger and WOW!!! Stayed right in the budget. The second bathroom they did the same. His main guy Raul known in our house as uncle Raul is amazing they went out of there way to get the small stuff done that we would have never noticed. This company did a great job that I have hired them to do an up graded bathroom in my business. If you need any kind of construction work done HIRE THESE GUYS. If you do not than plan on getting the job done wrong and than hire cut right to fix all the things the first place did. They were nice had a key to the place and trusted them with the dogs there and always treated our home like it was theirs. Arron and Uncle Raul you two just ROCK!!! I have said it before in my reviews when it’s 10 stars let the Unilocalers know. and the is place is 10 STARS!!! Thanks for the great work and I can’t wait until we save the cash to have them do a complete kitchen remodel next year.

Our experience with Cut-​Right Construction was very different from the other reviewers. We had water damage from a toilet overflow. Aaron came out and gave us an estimate and we hired him. Communication was good up until this point. The worker from Cut-​Right spoke very little English. We would ask him questions and it was always «call Aaron». We never knew if he was coming back the next day or what the schedule for the job would be. Then one day someone else showed up who we did not know. Again communication issues. Aaron never did any of the work himself so I cannot comment on his work. Because of the lack of communication and sporadic schedule of the worker we decided it best to end our business with Cut-​Right Construction. This when the hostility began. First he wanted to be paid for work he or his crew never completed. We went back and forth on the final bill and his math was very strange. His numbers were different from our numbers and the original estimate. He threatened to place a contractors lien on our property if we didn’t pay him what he wanted. We paid for the work that was completed and haven’t heard from him since. Don’t be bullied by this mans strong arm tactics. In the end we hired another construction company to correct some of Cut-​Right Construction work and are very pleased with the results.

We got our entire garage finished by Cut-​Right. The end product was very impressive, and the quality of work is top grade. Aaron gave good ideas that were not expensive implement. Their rates are reasonable. Aaron is very prompt in returning calls and answering questions, he has very good communication skills. He comes over to supervise the job. He provided a clear estimate so that there was no ambiguity later. Aaron will always provide alternatives. His team showed up on time and kept to their schedule.
We would recommend this to friends and would be my first choice for future projects.

We had some repairs that needed to be done in the hallway bathroom and Aaron and his guys had been very helpful and professional throughout the entire process.
I’m very happy with the work they have done and I would recommend them to anybody looking for the clean job with the reasonable price.

Very responsive and they picked up the phone!!! When our home got the brunt-​end of some major water damage, I called many many MANY contractors to get an estimate. I must have called over eight contractors in my area and none got back to me that day or the next!
I finally called Cut-​Right Construction and Aaron picked up the phone! Hallelujah! We made an appointment for him to come by right then and there. He came by our home and explained to me what to expect from the home insurance and made sure to cover everything on the report. It was very thorough and things that I never thought of he noted down, such as the replacement of floor transitions, a curling baseboard that was tucked away in a corner… I was only thinking the drywall, painting, flooring — the main stuff. I was also worried about how my husband and I are going to show the insurance company how damaged our home was but the report came out great! Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Aaron and his whole crew. We worked with Aaron during a particularly stressful mold remediation and rebuild on our home, and he was extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process.

Aaron was refereed to us when we were dealing with a mold issue. Always there for us, listening, guiding, and helping. He brought in the right people for each portion of the job and with his help we made it through without any problems. I’m a very picky person especially when it comes to my house. I demand quality craftsmanship and professionalism. With Cut-​Right Construction I got everything I wanted and more. Aaron and Andy are an amazing team, they remodeled my entire house and I could not be happier. Aaron walked us through the entire process before we started the project. He kept us informed on the progress and was very accomodating to modifications we wanted to make during construction. It’s not easy to schedule time to meet and go over samples during the day, not a problem for Cut Right Contruction. Andy met us near 9:00 at night to go over samples and make sure we were happy with our choices. This is a level of service that only comes from true professionals.
Our home is absolutely beautiful, our guests are amazed at the transformation and I’m even more happy that my wife is happy. I’m so confident in Aaron’s work that I referred him to my in-​laws for a bathroom remodel. I’m happy to be a reference for Aaron, Andy and Cut-​Right Construction.
