Excellent service throughout. Was able to schedule me in even though the office was about close. The entire staff are accommodating and looking out for my well being. Dr. Cheng is very knowledgable and thorough. Couldn’t be happier with my new pcp.

The front desk people are incompetent and extremely rude. The Filipino lady is the only nice one. my mother in-​law was hung up on repeatedly for only asking about an appointment time and they didn’t want to take the time to actually do their job and look.

My family has been seeing Dr. Cheng for many years. He has done a wonderful job of taking care of my elderly parents. He is always very professional and attentive to our needs, we never feel rushed and he is very patient with my mom who does not hear very well.
Yes, we sometimes have to wait a while, but compared to all my other doctors the wait time is less than average. I work in the healthcare industry and insurance companies have continually dropped their reimbursement rates, therefore medical professionals need to schedule more patients to cover their costs. It’s only going to get worse with the implementation Obamacare.

We recently had the experience of seeing Dr. Cheng, so I just wanted to share with you. Overall it is a very good experience.
We find the entire staff very courteous and professional. For our first appointment, we got a phone call to let us know that the doctor was running late (this has never happened to me before).
I never had an issue with the receipts. They always asked me if I needed one.
A member of my family had to have chemo treatment, and we frequented that office for the last 2 – 3 months. Over time, we heard from patient after patient what a good doctor Dr. Cheng is. He is a phenomenal Internal Medical Doctor. He spent the time with us and always answered our questions. We never felt rushed out of there.
All in all I would recommend Dr. Cheng as the entire experience has been positive. We are grateful to be under his care.

My appointment was at 8, but David did not see me until 9:10. I asked the nurse at 8:30 about the delay and the rude nurse told me that there were 2 other patients in front of me. David over schedules his appointments.
David saw me for no more than 10 – 15 minutes and was not attentive to my needs and questions.

The assistants sometimes may not be the friendliest bunch … I don’t know how I would be if I saw sick people all the time, though. They are as good as they get, in my opinion, as far as medical assistants go — always professional. At least they are not patronizing. To me, that scores some points!
I had been seeing Dr. Cheng since I was a wee kid and he has always been pleasant, even if you are the last appointment of the day. He has much experience under his belt, receiving awards and such. But he doesn’t carry a haughty attitude, but is patient to answer your questions.
In the office, the clientelle is frequently Asian elderly. There are other demographics in ages and ethnicity, of course. (I am a working professional.) And he’s definitely multilingual (at least English, Cantonese and Mandarin).

I agree with Edison below. My whole family used to go there, but now our health insurance have changed.
Anyways, when I used to go there, I would DREAD it. The nurses that work there can careless about you. It almost seems as if they only got their degrees, because it is a very well paying job. However, I’d rather have nurses that actually have the passion to help me. The number one person that keeps me from wanting to EVER come back is Lily. Lily is Dr. Cheng’s wife. you would think she’d be on menopause but this lady has the moody pms size of a pregnant woman! She gives our family attitude. I’m sorry but this is america, the only way you can get more patients coming back is if you make customers feel welcomed.
Doctor Cheng is a good doctor. but he takes forever to be seen. I have waited over an hour in the patient room for him. What’s the point of making an appointment? And if you don’t come out of the room to rush them. you may wait in there until you go out of your mind because nobody checks in to tell you.
I would never depend my life on this horrible office.
