Business Owner

Sifu Fei Chen started being trained at the age of seven in Shandong province, China. He was selected to join China Shandong martial arts team and won China National Youth Martial Arts Hero title. Fei Chen attended Tianjin Physical Education Institute and major in physical education & martial arts in 1996. At 19th immortality Olympics, he received the Hero Certificate in 1998. He has achieved multiple China Open Competition awards.

Fei Chen came to Bay area in 2002 and being instructor in couple of Kungfu studio. He opened a branch of USA Kungfu studio at Cupertino in Feb. 2005. Challenge is his favourite.

Don’t bring your child here! Worst Kung fu school ever. I brought my 7 year old daughter here because I wanted her to learn «authentic Shaolin style» Kungfu. I was very disappointed. Class size way too big, with kids in multiple levels from beginners to advance. All kids learning the same stuff and most of the time spent waiting around for the teacher to show them the next part in their form. When the teacher finally came around, he would just do the motions and leave expecting my daughter to practice. He didnt even make sure she remembers what he showed her. Come on –she is only 7!!! The scary part, when teaching kids to do cartwheels the Shifu would just carry them upside down throw them in the air? Oh, and if you expect to learn from Shifu Fei he can’t understand you if you don’t speak Mandarin. You get stuck with another Shifu who spends hAlf the time yelling at the kids in one word commands rather than teaching them. My daughter never wants to do Kung Fu again! Thanks a lot to insensitive teachers whose not qualified to teach kids and definitely doesn’t understand them!
