Frances is the best realtor any first time home buyers can get. She is an amazing person and so you are guaranteed to have an awesome experience.
My husband and i looked for houses in all of the bay area for 2 yrs and we did pass up on some good opportunities because of lack of information. That is exactly where Frances helped us the best. She carefully narrowed down our preferences, listened to the feedback of what we like and what we dont, provided us with the insight into the right offer price and stayed close with the seller realtors to make a strong case. My wife and I were first-​time home buyers and new to buying a house. We called Frances a few days prior to meeting with her in person at their office in Fremont. She asked us for our home search criteria, and when we met her in person, she had a few picked out for us to look.
The first thing we noticed about Frances was that she was very attentive to our needs. When we went to look at properties with her, I noticed that she was taking notes about the pros and cons we were sharing with her.
When we saw a property that we wanted, Frances called the listing agent immediately, and the following day, we were able to put our offer. It was a Saturday when we saw the home wanted, and Frances met with us on a Sunday to put the offer together. She was very fast and accommodating of our busy schedule.
Frances had a heart of a teacher. She coached us throughout the whole process, and went through each of the paperwork with us to make sure that we understood what we were signing.
No questions were dumb questions to her. Being new to buying a house, we had a lot of «rookie» questions and she answered them until it made sense to us. Also, she made sure that we were getting all the updates throughout the whole process.
She helped us scored great deals. Frances worked out the offer for us to get a couple of thousands back in Escrow to help with our closing cost. Also, we wanted to make a few upgrades to the house. Frances referred us to her contractor who was very professional, gave us a great deal with the work and did a phenomenal job.
Before we moved in, Frances sent her cleaners to deep clean every room of the house and also, shampooed the carpet. The house is over 10 years old but it looked and smelled brand new when we moved in.
Currently, we are dealing with some escalations with our home warranty. I asked Frances for a contact person from the home warranty company so I can follow-​up. Instead of just giving me a contact person, Frances went above and beyond, and mediate the whole escalations on our behalf.
These are just some of the few benefits that my family received by working with Frances. There are so much more and I feel like it keeps increasing as we work with her.
Even though we already closed Escrow, Frances still keeps in touch with us to make sure that we are transitioning well.
