Changing my 4 star rating to a 5 star rating! Incredibly amazed at how this business strives to make sure their customers are taken care of. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend this business. They will go above and beyond!
Pros:
–Stacey was great! She really knew the best plan of attack when it came to sending my girlfriend flowers at her work.
–Delivery was next day, prompt and super easy. Good job!
Cons:
–It did take them a few days to get back to me. They were training a new person (although I’ve heard this excuse from businesses too many times… whether it’s true or not, the customer doesn’t care if you’re training someone. Just apologize and move on. Nothing personal, I’ve just heard businesses say this too many times.
–I wanted the message to say «I hope this makes all your coworkers jealous.» But instead it read «hope this makes all your coworkers jealous.» If you’re gonna cut out the «I» then at least capitalize the «h» in «Hope.»
Overall:
I highly recommend this business if you want to send flowers to your mistress… err…I mean significant other. :)
I will for sure use them again in the future.

If you’re the biz owner and you’re reading this, pay attention to your Unilocal reviews. The good and the bad. I ordered purple & white flowers for a funeral for a dear friend and there were not enough purple variety. I was told later the purple iris weren’t open therefore we didn’t see it on the arrangement. Time like this is very stressful and if you run a business wouldn’t you have plan better to make sure the flowers bloom the way you display on your website? I would have given them more stars but it’s not acceptable cause we ordered it because of the iris.

I had flowers delivered to my girlfriend’s work today from Fremont Flower Pavillion. Being from LA, I had no previous experience with this particular florist but I trusted previous reviews. All I can say is WOW!
I ordered over the phone and the process was very simple. I chose the rose, lily and amortentia bouquet. It cost a reasonable $ 55 plus $ 10 for local delivery. The flowers arrived in a vase which was a nice touch.
Lilies are tough since they usually arrive still closed and bloom within a few days, but over the phone I requested a mix of bloomed and unbloomed lilies, and it was delivered as promised!
The overall bouquet was bright and colorful and the flowers were fresh. My girlfriend absolutely loved them!

When my husband [WEIRD – we just got married and I’m not used to that word yet] and I first started working with this shop, Christian was the owner, and we liked her a lot. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Our wedding was 20s-​themed and she came up with some great ideas and was flexible with our budget, which we appreciated.
At some point, ownership was mixed up and Christian was gone. We don’t know what went on with that, and I personally was worried that a switch up would mean that our order would get messed up… but it didn’t.
I had no idea what our flowers were going to look like as the end result until I saw them the day before my wedding, and they were beautiful. Our boutonnieres were also bad-​ass and got a ton of compliments. Theta – apologies for potentially butchering your name spelling – was super friendly, and so was the other girl we interacted with – apologies for not remembering your name. Fail. But our flowers were beautiful, fresh, and obviously had time and effort poured into them. They also held up until well after the wedding, which is obviously a key element. All of my close friends and family know I LOVELOVELOVE flowers so this was important to me, and this shop delivered.
The greatest thing, to me, was that Theta offered to come in on her day off to let us pick up the flowers as close as possible to the wedding. That is amazing customer service in action that was appreciated by myself and my parents, who picked them up for us. Huge thank you for taking the above-​and-​beyond approach with your first-​time customers.
My only «con?» I would’ve liked to have been notified of the change in ownership. That’s me reaching for a con, though, because communication was still perfect and they even checked in with us to make sure everything looked ok before the wedding to ensure there weren’t any changes.
Thank you to everyone involved in creating our wedding order! We appreciate it! Will definitely be using this shop again and recommending to everyone and their mama.

Stephanie was extremely helpful with arranging a flower basket. I didn’t know exactly how to express the occasion but she managed to throw something together with just a few words. Highly recommended for guys who don’t know their flowers very well!

I ordered a bouquet from them to be delivered to my girlfriend for her birthday and i have to say I really love this place. The two ladies i spoke with were extremely kind and helpful. Being a typical guy, I just don’t know too much about flowers so I asked them to put together something nice under $ 60 and the bouquet was gorgeous with balloons and everything. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I came 2 days before prom and this place was fast! They made a good quality corsage and boutonnière at a good price. Their service was spectacular and I would definitely come here again next year!

They just did two arrangements for my Dad’s memorial service. Christian and Cecily were both such a pleasure to deal with. They basically said «we can do anything you want». I found a picture of what I wanted and brought it to Christian. The arrangements are absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with the ease of ordering, the friendly service, the reasonable price, the delivery, and most importantly the finished product. I also received a couple smaller sympathy arrangements done by them and they were both delicate, tasteful, and elegant.

Came here to pick up flowers for the birthday girl. The lady at the front desk did a great job with putting something together for me in about 10 min. End result was beautiful! $ 18 plus tax for a nice bunch of mixed flowers. Will definitely come here again if needed

As always my busy life lends itself to needing things to be turned around pronto. This place put together a lovely bouquet of roses (pink and red) with all the frills for my fiancée’s birthday in under 24hrs. The bouquet was greatly appreciated by my fiancée. The flowers were fresh and smelled great.

The staff here at Fremont Flower Pavillion did an amazing job making our wedding look so beautiful! What we saw on our wedding day was more than we imagined it to be when we had planned in months in advance. We were just in awe at how beautiful all of our arrangements looked. The colors of the bouquets and boutonnieres were so vibrant and looked so good with the colors our bridal party was wearing. The flower arrangements they made for our centerpieces at our reception made the room look so elegant. We are so happy we had our wedding flowers done here and the staff was so easy to work with and so accommodating all the way through. Thank you Fremont Flowers Pavillion!!!

Christian is a amazing florist, I walked in several times looking for some flowers very last minute, i don’t know how this florist does it but she comes through time after time. Your amazing and we love you :-)

So just wanted to say Christian and Beth are awesome. They made my day. I wanted to get some flowers for my mom, sister and my niece for there birthday. I told them there favorite colors and they gave me three awesome arrangements and the price that I paid was a lot cheaper than I thought I was going to pay. Definitely coming here again!!!

I have used Flower Pavilion in the past and have had good success, however I have had flowers delivered by them, gifts to me, and they were filled with water and a mess. I recently went and asked for a Scandinavian midsummer arrangement, I described exactly what I wanted and the colors. I told of the holiday so that they would understand a bit about the culture, they seemed to have understood what I was asking for. In fact she stated that she had great ideas, I was excited !
I left feeling good.
A week later — Friday I picked it up and was in shock at the non understanding, orchids in the arrangement, no orchids grow in Scandinavian, florescent blue orchids stuffed on top, some green ones on the side one large wooden stick on the side. I wish you could see a photo. I was totally upset. I had her pull some flowers out replace them, but all in all a horrible job. Next day half the flowers on the one side already wilted and dead. I paid a large amount of money for what should have been exactly as I wanted. To late to do anything about it, my guests laughed at the arrangement. I felt horrible. I’ll never use them again.

It was January, earlier this year and I wanted to grab some flowers for my boss’s birthday. The day of I figured I’d run to Safeway and grab some prearranged flowers but unfortunately there were no good selections that day. I was pressed for time and Thru Unilocal I came across Fremont Flower Pavilion. I called and asked if I can walk in and have an arrangement made and they welcomed me. Within 20 minutes they made me such a gorgeous arrangement that I pondered keeping it for myself. Well, I didn’t. I gave it to my boss and she loved it. Since them I’ve gone back twice and have not been disappointed. Great service. Great arrangement. Thanks Ladies of Fremont Flower Pavilion!

Fremont Flower Pavilion rescued his senior prom by stopping in the middle of their super busy Mothers Day orders and making a replacement. It was a magnificent, fast, delicate, vintage looking corsage.
100% improvement on the cheap and ugly one SW sold him.

Christian has really taken care of me ever since I came across Fremont Flower Pavillion in February for Valentine’s Day. Their bouquets have impressed me and the people I’ve sent them to, and I’m always very happy to do business with her. Their flowers are always big and beautiful and the customer service is incredible. They went above and beyond to create a repeat customer, and they were successful indeed! I will absolutely be ordering all my flowers direct from them from now on. Thanks Christian and thanks to the team from Fremont Flower Pavillion for making holidays, special occassions, and just times when I want to say thank you or I love you go smoothly.

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school for all kinds of things like bouquets, prom flowers, etc. They’ve always managed to do a great job, in fact I always recommended others to come here to order some flowers for loved ones and what not. But I am pretty disappointed in what they gave my boyfriend today for Valentines Day.
No, I wasn’t mad that he got me an ugly bouquet because I know it wasn’t his fault; he was just being thoughtful and I truly appreciated that. I was mad because they totally RIPPED HIM OFF. I was so surprised when he told me he went to my favorite flower shop, because this looks NOTHING like they would usually do. They just threw together a bunch of filler flowers, there’s literally only four roses in there. And some of the little flowers look like they’re already almost dead. Like what the heck… I understand it’s busy around this time of the year but it doesn’t mean they can just give him crap. He paid good money for something he probably could’ve done himself. Even he thought something was weird about it, but was being nice and didn’t want to bother them. It’s not like it could’ve gotten messed up on the way to my house either because I literally live a minute away.
I don’t know if the quality has gone down since I’ve been here, but I’m only giving them two stars because of past experiences. Definitely won’t be back for a while.

I grew up in Fremont very close to Fremont Flower Pavilion. I remember ordering flowers from here for high school dances, etc. When it comes to orering flowers for delivery, I like directly contacting the florist vs. ordering online since you can be more specific with your order and ensure that the arrangements are hand arranged (not coming in a box!).
I looked up Fremont Flower Pavilion since I remembered them and my mom still lives in the same area. Unilocal also had a deal for FFP, so it was a sure choice to go with them.
The ordering process over the phone went very smoothly and I received both an order confirmation and receipt via email promptly. However, the day Valentine’s Day came around, this was not the situation.
By evening time, I had not heard word from my mom of whether she received her flowers or not (she always texts or calls as soon as she gets them). I called the florist around 6:30pm after work and they said the arrangement for her wasn’t in the shop anymore, so it must have been on the truck out for delivery. I was busy that night and did not get a chance to follow up. Later, the NEXT morning, my mom lets me know that she received an arrangement at the front door. This means that the flower were delivered sometime between 9pm on the 14^th and 8am on the 15^th. Kind of odd if you tell me.
When I called the shop the next day, it was very difficult to follow up to ask what had happened. When the lady picked up the phone and I mentioned I had an issue, she automatically asked if it was regarding a delivery for so-​and-​so (my mom’s name). She said she was busy and said she would call back. I thought this was odd, must have been an issue if she knew who I was without even getting my name. Anyhow, till this day I haven’t followed up and not sure if I will be using their services again.
When I later went to my mom’s house, I thought the arrangement was very lackluster for the $ 80 price I asked them to arrange. The flowers did seem to last a long time, but I expected more for $ 80. The arrangement looked like it was thrown together at the last minute and did not fit the description I asked them to arrange.
I don’t mind if an arrangement is delivered late so much, however, I pre-​ordered the arrangement 2 weeks in advance and my mom’s house is literally 2 minutes from FFP. Even the lady on the phone on the day of thought it was odd that if the delivery location was so close by, the flowers should have been delivered during business hours. I would have at least appreciated if they were delivered during normal hours.
